Unfortunately I did not get Botulax
Unfortunately I did not get Botulax. I ordered from EU I payed to Lativian bank account so I supposed the goods ( originated in Korea) are already stored in EU. I got call from customs that I have package from Korea valued 25$. I was asked to send original order which was 392$ and confirmation of bank transffer.
I did not do it beacuse I was affraid it would cause trouble the price difference.
And besides I doubt the storage conditions were right as lasted several days it would last another day or two to get from customs and it was stored inside so certainly not in temeperature beloe 8•C
I asked for refound.
No answer no refound.
For me no more this seller.

Experiencia nefasta en España
Mi experiencia con Brunodermalfillershop aquí en España ha sido nefasta. Hice un pedido en Julio número #DF1001A3205 que nunca he recibido puesto que me lo pararon en la aduana de Madrid y no pasó la inspección sanitaria. Inclusive pagué el importe correspondiente que me exigía hacienda del IVA. He escrito varias veces para ver cómo podría hacer para que me reembolsaran el importe del pedido (ya que se reenvió el material desde Madrid de nuevo a su origen) y no he recibido ninguna contestación por parte de la empresa. Estamos en Octubre y aún no he obtenido respuesta.
