Charlotte provided us with exceptional service. Her knowledge and professionalism was second to none. Charlotte communicated with us superbly throughout the whole selling and buying process - we never once needed to chase her for anything. We would highly recommend her services.

I cannot recommend Charlotte enough. Having to sell my parents house after losing them both within 8 weeks was incredibly difficult but Charlotte was patient, compassionate and made the whole process so easy for me. I had no experience with selling a house and Charlotte was always happy to answer my myriad of questions. Charlotte’s communication was exceptional, keeping me updated (I never had to chase) and was excellent at maintaining the momentum with the buyer’s side. Thank you Charlotte, I shall be recommending you to everyone!

Efficient & Timely Service!
Charlotte, made the whole sale process easier and addressed all issues in a timely and efficient manner. She was very responsive to all communications with both ourselves and the buyer's solicitors, and ensured that the numerous questions were handled swiftly.

Charlotte was amazing as our conveyancer-she was always instantly available, replied to e-mails promptly and was on top of the whole process from start to finish. People always moan about the conveyancing process and having to chase up solicitors- this was the total opposite for us, we would 100% recommend Charlotte

Charlotte was fantastic from start to finish of our house purchase. She was always very knowledgeable, explained everything clearly and responded in a timely manner to all e-mails. Having used a couple of different conveyancers in the past, Charlotte's service was of much higher quality and really reduced the stress in the home buying process. I would strongly recommend Charlotte to anyone purchasing a home in the future.

Charlotte provided an excellent service for us with the probate sale of my mum’s house. She kept us up to date with the process and ensured things progressed as quickly as possible chasing the buyers solicitors and others lower down the chain. I wholeheartedly recommend Charlotte for the sale of a property.

Charlotte acted for us in the sale and purchase of our property. She kept us up to date all the way through and worked hard to complete on our purchase in order that there wasnt a delay in us moving in. I would recommend Charlotte to all friends and family. Thank you Charlotte for everything

Charlotte was excellent with everything, kept me in contact with all relevant information as regards the buyer . Thank you Charlotte

Charlotte was great from the offset, incredibly efficient with her emails to ensure everything ran smoothly. Our estate agents couldn’t believe how quick everything went through and said it was a credit to our Solicitor for pushing things through at such speed! From our initial offer to collecting keys was just over 6 weeks. Absolutely no complaints would recommend Charlotte to anyone.

Charlotte acted for my company in the purchase of a complex auction property. I was very impressed with the service that she provided which was very prompt and professional throughout. I shall definitely being using her services again if I need an excellent conveyancer!

Quick and efficient. Process made as hassle free as possible.

I cannot recommend Charlotte enough. We recently purchased a shared ownership leasehold property and were very lucky the purchase managed to go through within the average completion time for a more straightforward purchase, even with a few complications along the way ( not Charlotte’s fault)

Charlotte was very attentive and always responded/communicated very fast. I would definitely use her again in the future and recommend her to anybody else!

Charlotte was on the ball every single step of the way. Breath of fresh air to have a solicitor that is so competent and communicates and does what they say they’re doing. Charlotte took all the stress away and I knew I could trust her to help with anything, with timely, knowledgeable and professional responses. I’ll be recommending her to everyone I know going through the house buying process.

Charlotte Brown was an enormous support throughout a protracted and complicated process. In fact had she not “project managed” the final process with all the chain, I wonder if we would have got to completion by the day specified. I was always able to contact Charlotte and her response were always rapid. I would recommend her to anyone and in fact have already done so to my aughter.

Charlotte was recommended to us through our mortgage advisor. I’d heard horror stories about solicitors and buying houses, but Charlotte made the whole process from start to finish a dream. From our offer being accepted to completion was only 6 weeks due to Charlotte’s incredible communication and hard work. Even our estate agent was amazed by how amazing she had been and said she will be recommending for any buyers who are looking for a solicitor. Thank you so much Charlotte!

Charlotte Brown was our solicitor when purchasing our first home. Throughout the whole process charlotte was available anytime of day and was so helpful with every hiccup we had on the way. Her great expertise allowed us to achieve what some would say unachievable, of completing in 2 months and beating the stamp duty deadline. She was professional, helpful and we can’t thank her enough. Will be recommended to everyone. A 5 star experience. Thank you Charlotte.
