When our offer was accepted, we were already about six weeks into selling our old house, so we were worried that starting the purchase so much later would cause delays. As it happened, they worked so efficiently that they were ready to exchange on our purchase before our sale was ready!

We recently had the good fortune to employ Bexleys Law to act for us in the sale of a residential property. We say good fortune because from the date of instruction (18 May 2026) to the date of completion with funds in our bank account (29 May 2026) took just nine working days! We were kept fully informed on progress and all email/telephone enquiries were responded to in a timely manner.
