Highly recommended brown and ginger for unique gifts , so helpful and quick replies to answere my questions , received my brown leather umbrella riding boots , WOW these are beautiful . I am delighted with them so well made and finished off to a very high standard .

I’ve had the absolute best customer service from this company. The item I received was great quality, but for no fault of anyone, there was an issue with it. The advisor, Jo, was so helpful and friendly and prompt in their response, giving me options of how to rectify. Companies could learn from this! Will definitely be returning to this shop.

I found this website by chance and they had the large wall mirror that I was looking for. I went with this website because of the free delivery to Scotland and I have to say the customer service was second to none. All my items, including the mirror, were delivered really quickly within a couple of days of ordering and everything was exactly as pictured on the website. I have since made a second purchase with this website and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I ordered a beautiful gold, octopus candle holder as a gift, and I have to say, it is beautiful and I'm tempted to keep it for myself!

Can not fault their service at all! I placed my order for a gift and the stock wasn't available at the time however Jo was amazing at communicating the progress, sourced the item and posted out immediately. I pre ordered an item and didn't come when stated ( reason suez canal boat that got blocked and covid ) I was kept up to date with my goods, communication was fantastic and I would defiantly be very happy to shop again with them as the things they have are different I got the Pinocchio shelf sitter and he was well worth the wait so classy he's just stunning

The lamp I ordered arrived with a defect, but I contacted the shop and within a day or two I had a new one on the way and the damaged one returned.

Genuinely cannot recommend Brown and Ginger highly enough! I stumbled across this site when searching for what i wanted, not only were they at least £10 cheaper than every other site, free postage, arrived within 2 days and packed so well, there wasn’t a chance of it arriving damaged. I ordered a bashful monkey lamp some months ago; it was despatched promptly despite lock down. It is a beautiful lamp. Whilst I was dusting him recently I noticed a slightly sharp point. I contacted Brown and Ginger who responded immediately. My lamp was replaced and a courier despatched to collect the original. The service was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble. I cannot speak highly enough of the excellent personal service that I received. Thank you!
