We bought some desks a few years ago, which we love but now need some more and it seems all their contact details are no longer valid. Does anyone know if they still exist? I hope they haven't gone out of business.

We’ve had our Grain oak nested tables for over a year and couldn’t be happier with them - their shape and design are perfect for our living room space!

After a slight mishap here in which I managed to break one of the table legs of the small table, Lou and the customer service team bent over backwards to help issue a replacement. That’s 5-star service for a product design I haven’t seen available anywhere else. Thank you Grain! Will be recommending the company to others.

The Brenin desk has effortlessly upgraded my study, making it a space I want to spend more time in. Assembly was quick and straightforward, and the linoleum surface feels fantastic to the touch. I asked if delivery would be possible within two weeks, and it even arrived a couple of days earlier than promised. A smooth, hassle-free experience you hope for with any purchase. Highly recommend!

Michael Hoey was a great help, I've been trying to get shot of Virgin Media for the last year due to them breaking their contractual agreement. Michael was able to assist me and we're now getting grain!

I recently bought the oak nest of tables. I am absolutely delighted with them. They’re beautiful! In fact the place I originally ordered them for meant they were hidden from view which is such a shame so I’m going to have a change around of my furniture so they can be fully appreciated.

Beautifully modern furniture. Cleverly designed to make construction and deconstruction a breeze. We purchased a table, bench and the avon shelves, all look great and feel sturdy.

I can also highly rate their customer service, we managed to mix up the size of the bench we ordered and the Grain team were super helpful.

The range of colors to chose from made it so much easier to match the table to my existing furniture, in addition the company can provide you with colour swatches, so that your final choice isn't rushed. I have to thank Lou for her patience and advice. Any questions/queries that I had were quickly responded to.
The actual design of the table is beautiful, and has been admired by those who have seen it. I opted for the table to be assembled when it arrived; whilst that wasn't cheap it was the right decision me. The guys who delivered and assembled the table were also great too!
The company also makes beautiful coasters, in the varies colors which is a nice additional on the table.
all in all a quality product.

Delivery was longer than expected and when the table arrived it was damaged. We got in touch with Grain and they offered a partial refund instead of having to wait another 8 weeks or longer to return and receive a new table (we were happy to accept this).

Since then we've had our table for just coming up to a year. We love our table but around 2 months ago the colour (we have a green top) has started fading in patches for no apparent reason? We don’t use any harsh cleaners and take great care of it.

We were sold on the table as Grain state its a "easy-clean linoleum" thats "designed to last a lifetime". However, it seems not to be the truth as you wouldn't expect an expensive table to become patchy in less than a year.

In May my boyfriend contacted Grain both via email and Instagram to raise concerns and to see what could be done as we were hoping there would be a solution or fix to our patchy problem. We have heard nothing back via email and had one response to several messages on instagram stating someone was on the case and we'd hear back. That was 4 weeks ago today and since trying to chase up multiple times he has been left on "seen".

We were hoping we could resolve the issue without resorting to Trustpilot as we do really love our table and it was going great until now.

EDIT: Grain got back in touch and were happy to replace our table top with defect for a new one. Our table is now great again. Shoutout to Lou for helping sort it 😀

Time from going live in the area to getting installed was very quick, they called to carried an install and was available the next day, think I was lucky with a timings. My engineer Craig was very friendly, helpful and although encountered some faults in the system/network was quick to correct them so my install worked. He was very tidy. Pleasure to speak with.

Perfect! First company in UK I've seen to took hover and clean after jobs done! 100% perfection! Highly recommend!

We purchased a Brenin dining table and had some problems with the courier company (Grain has assured me they have since changed their courier service). Tom from Grain went above and beyond to resolve our problems with the couriers and was so helpful throughout. I'd totally buy again from this company, not only for the build quality and the design but for the brilliant customer care that can be so rare to find when dealing with bigger companies. We are so happy with our beautiful table. Thanks again to Tom, and the team at Grain!

After living with our two Highbeach benches for over a year, we now have the scars to prove it. Maybe we are just the problem, but having endured broken toes and awkward conversations with other parents, we feel it was time to vent a little. The quality of the product is great and the materials used are heavy and solid, there lays the problem… Normally it wouldn’t be, but the design of the bench has left it with a centre of gravity akin to an elephant on stilts, and when it goes, it really goes! Our idea was to use them to squeeze several children at the table, where regular dining chairs would have been too tight. Now we just wouldn’t leave a group of unpredictable children at the table alone, in case one tipped the balance… The risk isn’t exclusive to little ones, ‘grownups’ are always warned before being seated. I don’t believe I have ever had this experience of trepidation over a bench before, so clearly this shouldn’t be normal. The heavy bench top when it lands on an adult’s foot has resulted in A&E twice. I dread to think what would happen if the same happened to a young child. The design is clearly nice for the eye and why it appealed but practically it’s not good. I was going to comment on design suggestions but that’s for an expert I guess. I didn’t want this review to be a complete downer as our custom dining table has been perfect and would fully recommend, but unfortunately the Highbeach Benches are dangerous.
