What a great independent business! We bought a few different things in one order, loved them all but the photo frames were a slightly different colour to what we were expecting. We contacted Josephine, the owner, asking if we could exchange them and she couldn't have been more helpful! Fast replies, couldn't do enough for us to get it sorted and we are delighted with the replacements we received!

I ordered some items from here because they were cheaper than a lot of other stores. there was a little hiccup with me getting sent one wrong item but it was rectified straight away and they sent it straight out and I literally received it the very next day promptly.
They even let me keep the wrong item instead of faffing on sending it back which was very kind of them.
The customer service was brilliant and they are actually really nice people working behind the scenes.

what sort of online store is this. even in a fantasy you wouldn’t find anything better. unique products at reasonable prices. ordered wednesday afternoon. arrived friday morning. quality is outstanding too. if only everyone was as thoughtful as these guys. you made the world a little bit of a better place in my eyes. thank you.

I live in Spain and ordered an Ice Bucket shaped like a Top Hat. The service and communication were exemplary. The quality of the item was so much better than I expected. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

This company is an amazing small business that stocks quirky and unusual items. I ordered some ornate mirrors for my sister which took a while to arrive due to the Suez Canal issues but Josephine kept me in the loop all the time. I have ordered a few other items which arrived promptly and well packaged.
