Brothers & Bezels Anmeldelser

Went to look at a watch with this company as I like to shop around and was blow away with the service and establishment very nice highly recommended.

I couldn’t be happier with these guys and my transaction with them. It was the first time I brought something so expensive via eBay, so I was a little hesitant to make the purchase. However, they were so quick to answer every question, even offered to send videos or more pictures. They told me about the eBay authentication guarantee, which was extremely important. The watch arrived in perfect condition, very professionally boxed and arrived very quickly. I have brought many watches from various Hatton garden jewellers, this is by far one of the better ones I’ve dealt with.

Thanks a lot guys,

Excellent customer service, professional and friendly. Made an order for a watch, they confirmed it would be next day delivery, provided a tracking number for my watch and arrived the following day as promised. Overall a perfect experience. Reliable and trustworthy. Highly recommended *****

100% trust worthy and honest dealer. Excellent service that goes beyond what is expected. Highly recommend that I will use again in the not to distance future. A totally superb experience via face to face, or email. Was great to meet them during the London Watch Show 2021 at the Dorchester.

I had a great experience purchasing a watch from Leon. The customer service was amazing. Leon was so helpful, answering any questions I had. His communication was always so prompt and kept in touch throughout the payment process and until I had received the item which was so reassuring. The watch was in perfect condition. I would absolutely recommend using brothers and bezels and will hopefully be shopping with them again in the future.

Great service very happy with my purchase and very fast delivery

Purchased my first Rolex from Brothers and Bezels. Dealt with Leon from start and he was a pleasure to deal with! Unbelievable watch! Condition was amazing. Will definitely recommend Leon and Brothers and Bezels for anyone who is after purchasing a luxury watch. Great business to deal, great customer service! Even shipped the watch out for next day delivery. Will definitely be back in future and will be recommending to friends and family.

Thanks once again!

Great customer service. Leon was very responsive and even facilitated a video call to discuss the watch in question as I was unable to travel to the showroom.

I’d happily buy from him again.

Bought a lovely 1999 Rolex AirKing 34mm in steel with Salmon/Bronze dial for my wife online via Chrono24. Immaculate condition and tested at +1.2 seconds accuracy over 24 hours. Very responsive communication and friendly, would happily buy from these guys again.

Visited Brothers & Bezels office with my wife to view and buy Cartier Ballon Bleu watch in steel/gold yesterday.

Extremely possitive buying experience. Both brothers are very knowledgeable and great watch enthusiasts. Whole buying process was as easy as possibly could be. Condition of the watch was near mint and price was more than competitive.

Hope to buy more time pieces from this place in the future.

They have nice Instagram page with their stock and that's how we found the watch my wife wanted.

Quality product, great condition, easy transaction - thanks

Great watch and great service

Such a lovely watch and excellent customer service provided by Lorent.

Amazing Service
Love the watch

Great company to do business with, prompt replies, amazing service, definitely recommend!

Purchased a Rolex ladies datejust. My wife had always wanted to own a Rolex and I was finally in a position whereby I could afford one for her birthday but did not know where to start. I contacted these guys after seeing one they had advertised and they took all the time I needed to explain everything to me in great detail to ensure the purchase I made would ensure I found the best possible model for my budget. At this point it was not even guaranteed that I would buy from them but they answered all my questions both clearly and succinctly and gave me tons of useful information and advice. Nothing was too much to ask nor too much trouble for them to answer. I would have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever in commending this organisation to you if you are purchasing your first “high end” timepiece. Their time and information allowed me to make a very confident and informed decision when I eventually chose the watch for my wife (which did eventually come from these guys) and everything went seamless from purchase to delivery (the watch arrived the following day!!!) to aftercare and beyond. If I were to make another purchase of this nature, I would seriously not go anywhere else. Lorent and his team are utterly fantastic. They never over promise and never ever under deliver. Service is precise and Uber efficient. The watch they supplied exceeded my expectations and the service was unrivalled by any company I have dealt with in over a decade. You can truly be sure that your purchase experience will be a pleasure and your item will be presented to the highest possible standard. Service, quality and standards really do set this business head and shoulders above the rest!!!
