Just purchased a Cartier watch, it arrived the very next day, very well wrapped indeed . Watch looks fantastic. Brothers&Bezels service is excellent. L. Burbridge

I cannot compliment the team more on this sale. From start to finish, Lorent, was accommodating and helpful. The communication was flawless and the end product better in hand than I had hoped for.

What a pleasure dealing with Arton. Customer service and Communication was fantastic. Arton sourced the perfect Rolex that I was searching for as a gift for my son. Would highly recommend Brothers and Bezel.

Will 100% be back again.

Arton was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Would recommend, thanks!

Just bought another Rolex from Arton at Brothers & Bezels in Hatton Garden and have to say the service was fantastic! We visited a number of watch dealers and showrooms but he had the best condition timepiece, with original box and papers as well as full testing. Very happy with the watch and the service received so will be coming straight back when I’m back in the market for another!

I recently purchased a watch from Arton and had a fantastic experience. He was kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase a watch.

Buying my first Rolex was a big moment for me, and Arton made it a memorable one. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and made the whole experience feel comfortable and exciting rather than rushed. His attitude was top-notch and you can tell he truly cares about what he does.

Highly recommend Brothers & Bezels to anyone looking for a luxury watch and great customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

As a watch collector I could not be more impressed with the level of service and efficiency shown by Arton at Brothers & Bezels. I will be returning A+ service all round.

Excellent service from Arton in Hatton Garden. Really pleased with my watch. Thoroughly recommend paying him a visit if you’re in the market for a new one.

Very good guys! Flexible, honest and gave me a very good price on my gold rolex president. They even did a quick repair for me for free. Would recommend 1000 times over - thanks guys

Excellent personal service from Leon at Brothers and Bezels. We bought an immaculate pre-owned watch from him which was received the very next day. I would certainly buy again from him in the future.

Perfect service. In time and quality price is very good

I contacted B&B via Instagram after following them for some time. Obviously I had some preconceptions about service and what I was buying however these were quickly out to bed after the great service and quick replies. I changed my mind a few times and the guys were nothing but accommodating and went out of their way to source matching Rolex’s for my partner and I and within my budget. When the time comes I will go straight back to B&B. When I picked them up they also gave me two free watch travel cases and didn’t hesitate to make very clear if I have any issues, questions or concerns to get back in touch. Thanks so much guys.

Arton found me my linen dial datejust that I’ve been searching for for months. Smooth and professional service with no hiccups - definitely coming back for my next vintage watch.

Acquired a beautiful watch from the guys at brothers and bezels. They really know their stuff and provide an excellent service. Would 100% recommend and hopefully I will be purchasing from them again. Shout out to Arton who I dealt with, gent!

I bought my timepiece from this firm some years ago and it’s been flawless. I had a follow up query recently which was handled professionally, quickly, and with the utmost courtesy by Arton. An excellent business, high quality, fast and most importantly, trusted. Thanks team. Edward, Surrey

I bought a beautiful Rolex watch from Bothers and Bezels via the internet. The customer and after sales service was second to none, especially by Leon who was always in contact updating me about the progress of the watch.
