Brakes work good the only thing I would recommend is to do away with the costumer having to sign for the package, it’s very annoying. It took three delivery attempts before fed ex final got us.

Great QC, Amazing Customer Support
Customer Service really made me feel heard and appreciated rather than the usual swift shuffle out of the way. The bike is incredibly well-made with very high quality control process. Minimal maintenance required because parts last practically forever. 100% worth the purchase.

Bicycle looks great
Bicycle looks great. The hook on the front wheel wasn't assembled properly so I had to fix that. It folds now without the front wheel hanging loose. Can't wait to ride it to work. 🙂

Excellent service from Brompton shame about DPD
Excellent service from Brompton: despatched promptly.
Shame about DPD as they attempted delivery to the wrong address & took the order back to depot so I didn't receive it for another 4 days..

Return shipments can only be send to…
Return shipments can only be send to the UK site, even if you purchase through the German Brompton page and the goods are dispatched within the EU (from the Netherlands). Customer needs to pay for return cost and needs to collect all required information for export outside the EU. That means return shipment cost will be easily 30 Euro plus. Also the customs declaration needs to be fully handled by the customer. No support with return labels stating information needed for customs authorities like weights, tariff ID, country of origin etc. Customer support only repeats the policy without any support. Brompton should offer at least the return labels and deduct a return fee from the invoice instead leaving their customers alone with export handling.
