Broken Fones Anmeldelser

Quick dispatch and delivery, and the phone was in perfect condition let alone good a it was described! Still running smooth over a week later so very pleased.

Had a great experience with Broken Fones, my phone got the right valuation and money was paid, it’s a good way to recycle old tech.

Good turnaround, reasonable easy to do, price was very reasonable, I have used other companies in past as well but so far this was the best.

You did very well indeed but I have decided not to proceed with the sale as data on my phone was not wiped.

Excellent company who provide very clear guidance on what qualifies as good condition etc, they gave me a really great price and I received the money very quickly.

Absolutely awesome took no time at all a few days in total and that’s during a busy season. 10 stars service.

Very easy and great communication, money paid the same day. Would definitely use again.

Great price offered, even better than what they were being sold for online, such a quick and easy process, would definitely recommend.

Received a valuation, sent item off and received total valuation amount the same day. Be honest, fab company! Will deffo use again.

Good understanding of my issue, customer service did a great job, I was paid and compensated £5 extra for the delay I faced. Will definitely use again.

Process was straightforward and spoke with a helpful advisor who listened and was very helpful getting the payment agreed.

Easy to use website, simple form to fill out, posted via post office free of charge and money came into my account straight after Royal Mail delivered my parcel.

So quick and easy and was given a fair and accurate quote and payment where other services gave rubbish amoun.

Easy to use, I put wrong capacity that’s why that’s why they knocked down my price, but it was just by £20. Overall good experience.

Absolutely love you, your online service is excellent from start to finish. Then when finalised payment is pretty quick. Thank you so much.

Offered a great price and honoured it once they received my phone. Straightforward process and paid within 24 hours.

I have used Broken Fones before and they were great again. I found the website clear and easy to use so I sold them my old iPhone which I was quoted a fair price for. You fill out the form online, and they sent you a QR code for your chosen way to send to them. After they receive they pay via bacs.

Gave me a price on my old iPhone, I sent it away and they paid the exact amount as promised on the same day.

I sold my iPhone 14 to this recycling company, the price was fair and most importantly it wasn’t negotiated.

The service is excellent, they delivered what they promised. I received a very swift payment and there was constant communication throughout. I received an update when the phone was received . Payment was on the spot.
