Excellent service, hassle free from start to end when selling the phone. I recommend this company as they offered a fair price for the phone. Payment received by the end of the day😌💕❤️😍😘.

Customer service were great when I thought my phone has been lost on the transit. Ended up paying me more than originally quoted for and I appreciated their honest approach. I can’t imagine many phone companies do this. Would definitely use again.

Very smooth service. Good price quoted for phone and upon the phone reaching Broken Fones and it being inspected, they increased the original price by 5%. Very honest company.

Such as awesome service, I wish I knew few years ago, each year I struggled by selling on eBay auction.

Extremely quick service sent my phone off on a Saturday afternoon and money was in my account on Thursday. Overall great service.

Was a very simple process. My phone was received and checked the day after. Received a confirmation email of payment.

I found this company on trust pilot as other companies had too many negative reviews. I decided to go with BrokenFones and process was seamless and didn’t face any problem or issue during whole transaction.

I decided to sell my old iPhone 11 Pro Max through brokenfones.com. I dropped my item to the post office on weekend. It was received by them on Tuesday morning and a few hours I had an email saying payment was completed.

Quite a simple process. Took over a week for the bag to arrive and in that time I received three emails stating that offer was closed, but they reopened after I approached them. Sent phone and got full amount.

Easy to use service and the process from day 1 very easy, would reconnect to anybody and everybody.

Easy process and quick service, no delays. Would use them again to sell my old mobile.

Simple, easy to use service. A slight delay in receiving the returns package due to delayed receipt of the prepaid envelope other than that the whole process was deft and payment was received promptly.

Does what it says, very quick transaction, cannot fault this service. Brilliant.
