We booked a trip for December to Funchal last Feb. Broadway Travel wrote to us today to say that Easyjet has changed both the flight times, the journey out now being at 07.10 instead of 12.55. I phoned and spoke to Jackie, explaining that I am not well and would never have booked the holiday with that flight time and that I just couldn't manage it. Could anything be done? We were prepared to go the previous day. She said to leave it with her but could promise nothing. An hour or 2 later she rang back having spoken both to Easyjet and our hotel. We are now leaving at 11.00 the previous day and returning a day earlier than previously arranged, at no extra charge. What a satisfactory result and done with kindness and efficiency. We are very pleased and just hope that there are no further flight changes,

Booked with broadway travel last year, couldn't believe how easy everything fell into place, the staff are so friendly and realy helpful, they are there to help you with anything you need.Im a 67 year old woman that's not realy techno savvy, but i found it easy to book on and everything I needed was there in the app.Broadway travel were so great that it made sense to book with them again for next year, try it you won't be disappointed.

I booked a holiday to Egypt with Broadway Travel and had a few issues with the booking. Alan was absolutely fantastic - he kept me fully informed throughout, was professional, patient and sorted everything so I can now enjoy my upcoming holiday. A real credit to Broadway Travel. We booked a 7 day holiday to Madeira through Broadway
Travel, from start to end they were brilliant. We encountered a problem though with the hotel we chose (Vida Mar) where there was a building site next door to our room, tables not cleared away after dinner, useless reception staff etc. We felt we had no alternative but to check out & book into another hotel after the 1st day. We contacted Danielle who arranged everything & moved us to Porto Santa Maria where we enjoyed the rest of our holiday.
Broadway refunded the money from the 1st hotel within 72 hours they even rearranged our transfers back to the airport from our new hotel.
Would we use them again 100% - YES! they were brilliant.
A big thank you Danielle & Broadway travel, looking forward to booking our next trip with them.
