Excellent service really good communication of when they are doing any servicing which is always carried out at times with minimum impact. We have had no issues of the broadband dropping out. It has been a godsend for us as we are so isolated and BT had no interest or plans to get decent broadband service to us. I would have no hesitation in recommending Duplia

They arrived on time, we’re polite and professional. Made no mess and my broad band was up working within the hour. I have excellent broadband with no buffering. Fantastic after service.

Excellent fast installation and very good broadband experience. Much better than Openreach/BT and streets ahead of using 4G mobile broadband when out of reach of FTTC and FTTP solutions.

Highly recommended for hard to reach broadband locations.

Duplia's Ultrafast Broadband product is rock solid and their admin systems are very efficient. Most of all though they're great people to deal with.

We have really struggled with any great internet provider since moving in 5 years ago however duplia have changed this. They have provided us with a service allowing us to work from home and an internet connection that no longer drops every 10 minutes. I cannot recommend duplia high enough.

Fast and reliable, we couldn't get a good connection where we are. But a neighbour told us about duplia and we haven't looked back since.

The wifi connection is pretty fast (especially for a rural area like this where we had 1/mb a second on our last provider) and has had no problems so far.
It even stayed on during the storm a few days ago.

When it came to installing, they were very professional and fast about it, telling and showing us exactly what they were doing
(They even plugged an ethernet cable into my xbox)

Highly reccomend if you are in a rural area.

Excellent service from start to finish. The engineers were here on time and the job was done within a couple of hours. Communication was clear and any queries we had were answered quickly. I have recommended to my neighbours.

I decided to switch from EE to DUPLIA and haven’t looked back. Better speed, better consistency and good customer service. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend, especially those who live or work rurally.

Fantastic! Been with them a couple of years now. Super reliable connection, speed as promised and most important of all, responsive support on the rare occasion it's been needed, such as recently needing a fixed IP range for CCTV adding to my router.

We have no landline that can support broadband, therefore the radio Duplia connection has been an excellent solution.
The service and quality of the broadband connection has been excellent too.

Installed quickly with little hassle, staff were extremely helpful with the questions we did have. Connection fast and reliable, been live for over 6 months now with zero downtime.

We have been using Duplia broadband for the last 2 years, great reliable service and support. We had it before we had fttp available and kept it after as a backup connection as Gigaclear isn't as reliable as Duplia. Would happily use them again if they became available at our new premise.
