No problems with internet service since we joined with Duplia. Great personal service.

From start to finish was quick and easy. Friendly and prompt. Turned up explained everything to my none tech brain really well. full of knowledge answered all questions.
Install day went great on time explained all again respectful as had to build a channel through the garden to place cable . Clean tidy all round fantastic service and the net is working well . Happy customers

Living in a rural location with Duplia Broadband has changed our lives, we now have sufficient speeds to keep up with our children's busy streaming, gaming and internet use!

Excellent. I was sceptical switching to Duplia but they sent out a couple of chaps to assess suitability. They were both very pleasant and honest about the stability of the service. I ended up having two contracts. One in the house and one in my garden room office. The installation was quick and painless. Within three hours they’d installed both units and the tests were very positive. The bandwidth has been around 100mbs; which is what they have pledged. And very stable. Highly recommend.

I could not recommend the team at Duplia enough. My partner and I have just moved into our first house together and with both of us not really sure on what to do, the workers really looked after us. Harrison was polite, friendly and professional when it came to admin and paperwork and explained everything to us, making us feel comfortable and knowledgeable. Michael and David, the two gentlemen who worked so hard to fit our internet for us, were amazing, prioritising our preferences and spending time and effort to allow us to have the best internet as possible for the very rural location we are in. They thought quick on their feet and adapted to where we would most use our internet in our home. And not only did they do this, they fitted everything so neatly to the point where we didn’t even notice a physical change to our home. Our internet is now amazing and very fast which is surprising for a location that barely has 1 bar of signal, let alone 4G. Honestly thank you so much for your service and again, I could not recommend them enough. They did an amazing job and myself and my partner are very very happy with the service and the outcome.

After first contact they were unable to supply a signal but but when the could they got back in contact can around did signal test all for free and now supply us with a strong signal at a good monthly price

Positive, helpful and on time. The internet connection is spot on and there have been no disruptions to conectivity. So can not fault the service given.

Contacted duplia for my son who is very rural , spoke to Harrison who gave great service from start to finish , explained everything in plain English no jargon on what they would do and where antenna would go , on day of installation everything done and kept tidy too , and the internet signal is fantastic for such a rural area

Their service is excellent and always with a personal touch, never bounced from team to team and they follow it through until it is resolved. Even when it transpired the problem wasn’t theirs they helped me understand what I needed to explain to my work IT department.

They are pretty much the only provider for area but they don’t abuse this and are really attentive.

I live in a rural location and fibre to the house isn't coming any time soon if ever. The most I could get was 16Mbs. After contact with Duplia, a test was arranged and 50Mbs was available at a third of the cost I had been paying BT. It was a no brainer. To say I'm pleased is under estimating it. Harrison at Duplia was a delight to deal with, as were David and Michael who did the installation a week later. Very professional both! The system does exactly what it says on the box. Would I recommend these guys? Absolutely 100% without any hesitation!

From our first contact, communication was excellent, any query is dealt with quickly, and efficiently. Reliable service, with constant level of internet in a rural area where we only got 1.5mb before we changed to Duplia. Good to deal with a company with people who are keen to help.

Duplia boys that came to install were excellent. They were friendly and efficient. For us personally we have to comparison to true broadband. We are more than happy with the performance. All of us can be online at the same time without any dropping performance. Thank you Duplia.

We have gone from 1Mbps to 50Mbps. I cannot recommend Duplia enough. The customer service is incredible and you always get to speak to a real human.

Excellent efficient service. I get the download and upload speeds promised. Any maintenance work on their system, which is rare, is always planned at least a week in advance keeping customers aware of what's going on. Highly recommended.

Being in a rural village where the standard broadband is non existent finding an alternative is quite difficult. After finding duplia I've been really pleased with the service provided. Steady consistent internet has been such a lifesaver as more and more we live in a digital world.
