Their advert for a Digital Notebook was incorrect. There after sales service was non-existent and would advise to tread carefully before purchasing anything form this company. Also refused to give a refund.

Customer service terrible. Ordered a turntable tried to cancel before order shipped, said I had to wait till I received the order then pay for return. I did to the tune of $200, then I was asked to Kay dutie charges for over $200.00 again, what a joke. I have no idea who had the turntable now!!

Just cheap ripoff $299. For a piece of crap.. hey out there stir clear from Brivona cheap shit!!? BIG SCAM. Do not buy anything from Brivona DO NOT buy anything from Brivona a $299. RIP OFF!!!

I ordered noise cancelling ear plugs and after not hearing from them for two weeks, I contacted their customer service to inquire about tracking. They sent me a tracking number from China that led to nowhere and did not even track to a shipped package. Two days later I received an open product from a personal residence in Chicago, IL. I requested a refund due to the product clearly being open upon receipt as well as the false tracking number and residence that the product actually was mailed from. They said that the residence was a warehouse, it wasn’t. They tried the usual return of 10%, 20% to which I declined due to the product not even coming in a sealed box and it was clearly a product they purchased from Temu and were trying to resell at an incredibly inflated rate. The emails continued until I eventually disputed it with my credit card. I submitted the emails and it was decided in my favor. Almost four months later, this past week, I started receiving emails demanding the return of the product or payment, telling me I breached their consumer agreement. This company is a scam, do not order anything from them.

I purchased a record player for around $300, and it arrived with a damaged hinge. I contacted customer support immediately and, at their request, provided detailed photos, videos, and explanations of the damage. Instead of processing a return or replacement, they repeatedly delayed the process by suggesting DIY fixes for a product that arrived defective and were often unresponsive when I asked for a return authorization and prepaid shipping label.

Their return policy states that refunds are not allowed after two weeks from the shipping date, and it felt like they intentionally dragged out communication until that window had effectively passed. After weeks of trying to resolve the issue in good faith with no meaningful assistance, I disputed the charge with my credit card company. The card issuer reviewed the evidence and ruled in my favor, issuing a permanent refund.

Two months later, after the dispute had already been resolved, the company contacted me demanding that I either pay for the product again or return it, while completely ignoring the fact that the item was defective and that I had repeatedly tried to return it months earlier.

This entire experience was frustrating and exhausting. I wasn’t looking for a free product—I simply wanted the damaged item handled appropriately. Instead, I encountered delays, poor customer service, and an attempt to pressure me for payment after the fact.

Brivona sent me the wrong item (either earlier or different version) that was black plastic not aluminum as advertised & that contained the wrong usb connectors also proving the product was designed to connect with a different operating system. Not what I ordered. They refused to refund my money or return it at my own expense direct to China including customs expense amounting to well over the cost of the item itself. They also said no refund if the item was rejected by China customs. Customers in the usa have no legal responsibility for fees related to items sent to them in error...If there is a way to sue in the usa I will -

Very disappointing experience.

This product was marketed as a premium record player, but what arrived felt like a generic low-cost unit dressed up with polished branding and advertorial-style marketing. It did not feel consistent with the quality being advertised.

Customer service made the situation worse. Instead of offering a straightforward resolution, Brivona first insisted the product was correct, then offered either a 10% refund to keep it or a return to Hong Kong at my expense, with a 15% handling fee and customs risk. That kind of return policy feels designed to discourage legitimate complaints.

Based on my experience, I would not buy from this company again and would caution others to research carefully before ordering.

Further to my review on 20th April, I have had numerous emails offering me between 10% and 30% refund. I am not prepared to accept that.
I have just read the reviews of Brivone and it is a similar story and therefore the same company and same scam.
Do not buy from either company!
