Nice and easy to put together, just right, seems sturdy and well made. Only problem was the hinges - I only managed to get 2 of them in! Consider changing the design.

Sent wrong item, offered half a refund for missing item
Update: a full refund has now been offered and I am satisfied with the outcome, if not the process to get there.
Ordered camping toilet with tent. Received a 6-bottle dispenser. Emailed immediately to rectify issue and have since experienced really poor customer service. I specified that I needed my item by the Saturday (having received the wrong item and alerted them Wednesday morning).
Firstly they try to offer me to keep the wrong item for an additional price, an insult to injury honestly. Why on earth would I want that item, especially at an additional cost when it is not even close to what I ordered?
I am then told due to the days in their responses (only one per day while we debated the issue) that they can no longer send my item in time (if they had dealt with it on the first day it would be on time). They also offered to only refund half the amount I paid for the missing items. Why would I want half a refund when I've not received the item!? Ridiculous customer service.
Do not order from here, or if you do it is clearly at your own risk as the customer service will make clear to you. Hussnain has not been handling my emails well at all.
I shall be rectifying this through other means if a suitable solution is not found soon (aka a full refund that I am entitled to).

Great value fun present - spacehopper
Looked for a proper secent size space hopper for ages as I remember the good times we had with them as kids.
Found it on BHG at £10:99 and free postage. Great value, fab present for our grandchildren (and their parents) and really good quality.
Plus it arrived in 2 days. Mega quick turnaround.

They don't believe in the law
I would have given lower but I couldn't, I bought two items at the same time from this company via eBay and both items have become faulty, I know the law and my rights but this company are trying to flout British law and refuse to do anything about the issue I urge people to not buy from them they will sell you shoddy stuff then when something goes wrong with it basically tell you tough luck

The wheelbarrow that I ordered arrived…dented
The wheelbarrow that I ordered arrived very dented, so I packed it all back up again, sent an email about the problem and was asked to take photos of the damage, so I then had to unpack it again to do that, I emailed them back and eventually was given a refund.
I don't think it was the delivery people who caused the damage as the box was intact, and couldn't possible have been dented that badly in transit, so someone had sent a very bad item out.

Good quality product
My purchase (an easel) arrived quickly. Everything was well organised. The product matches its description and photo on the site. The price is fair too. The only strange thing is that there is no infomation about manufacturer, materials, origin of the product, etc. Nothing at all! It is slightly disappointing.
