Having only started collecting again in December 2025, the third company I purchased from is Britannia of Swindon, and I have to say that they are very helpful, friendly and easy to make a purchase from. Having made one purchase last week, that they arranged to delay in order not to deliver on a day I had to be out: I saw another item, and they included the new purchase. Payment was straightforward, and the items were delivered well-packaged. I rate them “10/10”! Thank you, Britannia. I shall include them in all “Next Coin” searches, despite being LUCKY to find the £5 Piedford QEii 80yrs with plated trumpets, elsewhere, a day later: “The Nature of Collecting”? I CERTAINLY recommend Britannia.

Great company to deal with with excellent service

Very disappointed with the level of service and pricing. Having provided a number of close up photos of several coins, I was comfortable with the price offered - so I sent in the coins. Only to have a phone call to say that mistakes had been made and the valuation was much less that was quoted. I have sold many coins to Britannia Coin Company - but this is the last time. I will use another company that can take the time to provide a valuation which they will pay. Quote on their website is not what they follow "Often, a closer examination of your coins means that we can pay more than our initial quote."
