We’re on a mission to introduce people to the world of *proper* cider and we’re so proud to say we've even been named the UK’s Independent Cider Retailer of the Year, twice. *If you’re not sure what we mean by proper cider, check out our guide to Craft Cider. We work with the best, award-winning, craft cider-makers in the UK and pick their very best ciders to feature in our mixed cider cases. The cases are arranged by taste and style so you can pick the one that suits you or you can choose an introductory/ taster case for a mix of different flavours. Our cider range: Rather than trying to stock a huge range, we sell about 100 varieties. All of which have carefully handpicked, so you know that every cider you get from us is top quality. We proud to say we know all of our producers personally, and we can even go so far as to tell you where the cider was made, who made it and what it tastes like. All of our ciders are personally selected and tested by our tasting panel, so we know it’s great stuff. Comprising industry professionals plus occasionally a lucky customer, friends or family, we taste hundreds of ciders, and only the highest scoring will make the cut. Our values: Cider trends come and go, but our values remain the same as the day we started: We only sell cider made from 100% fresh-pressed juice - not from concentrate. We only sell cider made on traditional cider farms - not from factories. We only sell cider that is naturally fermented - not artificially produced.

My Dad liked his gift so all good from the main perspective. Processes maybe need improving for setting specific dates or dates in the future as delivery day because Dad didn’t get it before Xmas despite me ordering months earlier and requesting delivery closer to Xmas . It was closer to Xmas - just wrong side of it😁 But other than it being overlooked which I can let go as likely due to pre Xmas busyness, was all good . Quick service
Order was needed for straight after Christmas. Even in those "down" days it was sent the next day and arrived the day after. Perfect timing for my cider loving visitor!

Great selection of Cider
Good selection of ciders that you don't see elsewhere and the information provided about the delivery was good. An interesting choice of ciders from around the country and a very good website providing more than enough information
Only let down was Parcelforce who claimed they attempted a delivery despite nothing captured on the doorbell camera, they successfully delivered it on the next day
No matter what companies strive to achieve, they are at the mercy of delivery companies which is almost always the worst part of the service and out of the hands of the company

My parcel was supposedly delivered to a neighbour a week ago, no card was left and I could not tell from the poor photo where it has been delivered. I have emailed on a number of occasions to request a refund and have had no response.

You let me know early about Advent…
You let me know early about Advent Calendar, so I could order it before you ran out. But you delivered it almost too soon - a clear month before the recipient could start drinking it for Advent! He is struggling not to start too early!
