Called out on initially a broken down old boiler. They were very honest and open about the issue, moved things around to help us, few day's later we had a new boiler, owed to the speed/hard work of the engineers.

Installers left large burns in the carpet from soldering, and left other noticeable marks on walls. Also had to remove melted soldering all over new resin driveway. Had to fix a few leak in radiator pipework myself as they clearly didnt check it. They get 3 stars rather than 1 only because i didnt have the energy to inform them and give them a chance to fix/compensate. Also cost was reasonable and they did on the weekend which was useful. No issues with the new boiler so far but only used in the summer months so jury is out until i've ran the central heating in colder months

Bristol Boiler service were fantastic from start to finish. Very professional, very quick to respond and resolve issues. They were able to restore our hot water and gave us good advice about different options for a longer term solution. They installed a new boiler at a good price.
