If there was a no star review, I would have given that. Got to know the company through a neighbor they worked for and was contacted in December 2022 to install a heat pump at a residence for nuns in North London. A check payment posted to the company was neither acknowledged nor a receipt sent until a follow up email was sent in that regard. A corresponding email from Boiler pointer Ltd acknowledging the receipt of the cheque I sent, has since become the only proof of payment. According to the contract, they were to apply for government grant for solar panels to make up for the full payment. Their silence became deafening; no updates via email or phone. When contacted by phone the information was basically the same, but no work done not even the scheduled survey visit to the property happened. My refund request since last year and follow up calls have been given the same response till now. People fall on hard times but to admit it honestly is always better. Please refund

I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service received from Boiler Pointer regarding my boiler issue. What started as a simple service call quickly devolved into a nightmare of incompetence, poor communication, and ultimately, a complete failure to resolve the problem. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I used Boiler Pointer to install a heat pump that does not work as it should. They have not been in communication with me and I have escalated this to NAPIT and RECC. Boiler Pointer have lost they MCS Certification and despite offering to replace the entire system in March, I have not heard from them at all.
During the install, 0ne of the workers accidently stepped through the ceiling, which he was really apologetic for and made a temporary fix whilst I arranged with Boiler Pointer to fix. The company then tried to take the costs from their employee! Is this not what business insurance is for?
The company owner has no respect for his employees and does not work to resolve complaints.

Look out for county court judgments against Boiler Pointer. They are fraudulent and do not have the accreditations they claim to have.

Signed a contract for an air source heat pump in November 2022. We are still waiting. Extremely unprofessional company and poor communication. Seeking legal advice.

I have waited since September 2022 for my air source heat pump. They have now apologised and promise a refund. I don't know what to do about the grant which was approved through Boilerpointer. They are poor at communicating and updating. I am very disappointed and frustrated.

They could be good. They could be bad. Who knows.

All I do know is that I called them on a Monday to get a rough quote for am installation of am air source heat pump. I was told that someone will get back to me later in the day. I then called on the Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday as nobody has got back to me.

How can I trust a company that can't even be bothered to call a potential customer?

I wouldnt bother going anywhere near this company.

Great professional team , installed solar panels on my house rooftop and also did connections to consuming unit which reduce my electricity bill significantly.

This company replaced all the old pipes and removed the Boiler.They suggested and installed a Heat pump which runs smoothly.would recommend boiler pointer as a track to renewable energy.

Boiler pointer deliver solar phanels along with Baterries and done efficient work in short period of time by fitting the Phanels on rooftop to get maximun inensity of light.Moreover,their consultation and custmer service is brilliant ,giving solid 5*

This company was referred by colleague and had installed Heat pump for my house, it really decrease my bills as compared to combiboiler.Next project would be Solar pahnels from them in couple of weeks.

BP Installed solar panels,work was very efficient and good as per our requirements. Happy with thier selection of Battery storage on reasonable quote as compared to market price.

Got a new Heat pump instead of going for boiler again.They replaced most of the old work and their consultation really help me in my decision.They also provided great consumer service.

The company was very helpful with all their assistance and the way they handled their work. Customer assistance was kind and the prices of the installation was reasonable compared to both the market rate and other companies.
