I can thoroughly recommend Giles and The Bristol Appliance Centre. Nothing was too much trouble having changed our minds on appliances more than once. They were able to offer a competitive quote and it was great doing business with an independent company rather than a faceless multinational. Very quick to respond and rectify a small problem that was not of their making.They were also able to store the appliance's until our kitchen refit was ready .

Giles and team sourced and fitted a new hob for me. My old broken hob wasn’t a standard size and the existing electrics needed tweaking to have the right capacity for any new hob. Giles came up with options that would work and enable me to have an induction hob. He organised all the different aspects of fitting and the hob price was as competitive as any I had found elsewhere, if not more so. An excellent service and delivery and I totally recommend Giles and team at the Bristol Appliance Centre. All has been working well ever since. Thank you

I had a great experience with Bristol Appliance Centre. Giles is super knowledgeable, professional and responsive. He was able to source everything we needed for a major renovation and it was all completely organised by him so that the appliances were delivered to site only when we were ready for them. He consistently sourced products at great prices, was a solid source of knowledge when it came to advising on the difference between brands, models, options. I haven’t had much need for after sales help as we’ve been very happy with our appliances, however on the occasions when I did need follow up help or issues Giles was super quick to respond and sort it out. This level of customer service is the difference between purchasing from huge online retailers.

I called urgently needing a new oven for my son & daughter in law, they had not long moved into their first home when it stopped working. Giles was so helpful helping a find a good oven but that was price sensitive. Within days the oven was in place, the old one removed and new one fitted by Bristol Appliance Centre.
