I purchased a new washing machine which was faulty - manufacturing fault nothing to do with Bristol Appliance Centre. When my mother’s fridge freezer stopped working we wanted to get a replacement as quickly as possible. One supplier accepted an order and failed to deliver. Others said that they could not deliver for several days. Bristol Appliance Centre replied very quickly, provided great advice about a replacement and delivered and installed a new fridge freezer the next day. They provided a really excellent, personal service. I can’t recommend them enough.

Dishwasher Replacement. As the proprietor of several country lets on Airbnb it was necessary to replace a defunct dishwasher brought to my attention on Friday 17 July. As I had clients arriving that weekend I phoned Giles Pushman at Bristol Appliance Centre for replacement asap.
I telephoned at 2.30 pm that day and by 4.30 it had arrived.
It was fitted the next morning prior to the incoming clients. What service !!

Excellent service. Best price. Delivery and installation perfect. I have taken delivery of dishwasher / washing machine / fridge freezer.

We told Giles exactly what we wanted and happily accepted his recommendation as to the best cooker to buy. We value his advice and know he will give good service. Tricky installation was soon sorted and the old cooker removed. Through no fault of his, there was a small problem with our purchase but it was quickly attended to by the makers.

Giles and the team at Bristol Appliance Centre (BAC) has supplied many of our property developments with Bosch appliances.

The competitive pricing and more importantly the desire to provide a great service for us as the developer and for the new home owners are in my opinion the best in there marketplace.

We thought asking Giles to supply just a hob would be too small a job, but nothing was too much trouble for him. His advice on which type of hob we should get was clear and constructive. Bristol Appliance Centre fitted the hob into our existing worktop efficiently and neatly.

Really excellent, from first enquiry to guiding me through options and onto delivery and installation. Once the machine was fitted, they took time to go through all the settings with me and cleared up!
