WARNING: Do not book with Traveasy.

After paying in full, I received an email titled "Booking is not issued yet" demanding an extra £256.00 to confirm my ticket. No mention of this price difference was made before payment was taken.

This is a bait-and-switch. They are also trying to charge a £20 per passenger cancellation fee for a booking they never confirmed.

Save yourself the stress and book directly with the airline.

Prince was amazing and great help

I made a booking earlier this year and called to ask for the PNR number to look through the booking on the airline website. The agent Juli Tiwari was happy to help me with passport details and kindly gave me a screenshot from the website because my browser wasn't refreshing. Whenever I call these guys, they're super friendly, relaxed and helpful and insist on waiting on the line for me until I'm satisfied I've had sufficient help with my booking.

I booked plane tickets to Paris, only to be notified less than 24hrs later that the seats were no longer available. The customer service advisor offered a similar flight which would cost an extra £200 as well as a £120 admin fee even though I was not at fault- would not recommend
