Happy Customer. For Jordanian visa
I got my jordanian visa done by them. My point of contact was Mr Aman. Great guy. He went above and beyond with his service by helping out with any information regarding forex, covid protocol and tickets even though i only got my visa issued through them.
My second time using Brightsun for visa and pleased with the service both times.

Extremely disappointed
Extremely disappointed. Passenger was unable to fly due to corona symptoms and the travel agency had clearly mentioned not to fly if there were corona symptons. The agency failed to represent the case properly with the airline to waive no show fee. Booking with agency is same as doing online.

We are really disappointed to have received this review, given the customer service we provided which was above and beyond what should have been required in this situation. Your travel date was 21st Jun and we received notification from the airline on 20th Jun that flight schedule had been changed, which we informed you about and immediately suggested alternative options if the new date was unsuitable. You refused to accept this was the situation and we had explained again when you came to our office that we can’t change flight timings as schedule changes happen and are issued from the airline due to many reasons. Once again, we can only give you the best available option which we did – we changed your flight, issued you with the ticket and you have since completed your travel. The review rating you gave is not justified or reflective of the customer care and service you received.

Miscommunication about services
Miscommunication about services, Kept changing the offer. Poorly coordinated activities. Vendor had to chase us for payment in the Kashmir.
