Bright Star Buddies Anmeldelser

I had purchased several harnesses for my dog and finally found the right one. He actually puts his head into the harness for me each morning ready for our walks. The harness is very well made, and I love the clip around the body so no more choking. Our dog is black, so I purchased the Beige No Pull Harness & Matching Lead. Best thing I ever purchased and would highly recommend this product!

I am extremely impressed with the No Pull Harness from Bright Star Buddies. The concept of putting the pulling load on our Frenchies chest rather than the neck seemed obvious yet I had not come across that system before. Hugo loves it and the harness does not twist around the rear shoulders when led from the front catch.worn. Now I know it works. a second one is coming for our other French Bulldog Portia.

Highly recommended and the service is friendly and professional

Amazing customer service, replied to my queries so fast! Their helpfulness was great, and the products were just as described on the website. Really happy with the products, we bought personalised dog Harnesses and Leads, and their sizing info was spot on as they both fit our boys perfectly. I had previously bought the Dog Tags and had great service, now the Harnesses and Leads - I will definitely be using them again, they care about their customers. A wonderful small Australian business. Keep up the good work and thank you so much.

The product arrived in a timely manner. The Tag was exactly as advertised, in fact it was better than I imagined.

What fabulous customer service. I needed help with sizing as I had measured wrong on my Pomeranian. They were so helpful. Lovely pink harness, good quality. Both dogs look lovely in their new harnesses.

The harness is a game changer for walking my two kelpie x staffies. No pulling and easy redirection. Makes walking a joy for all of us.

I misjudged the collar sizes for my dogs and had to reorder. Bright Star Buddies not only gave me a substantial discount, they were also super fast in replacing the collars - a perfect fit and soooo beautiful! I really am thrilled. My doggies' groomer so liked their collars that she also put in an order for all three her own dogs.

Thankyou so much for my 2 furbabys amazing and colourful collars they are absolutely beautiful and the super fast postage your team done a amazing job will definitely use again if my 2 girls ever need collars

We had ordered 3 tags over a couple of years. One of them, the resin, lifted. I contacted these guys to let them know, and they have arranged a replacement at no cost in less than 24 hours. Was not expecting that at all. Customer service 100%, and the tags are great too!

I have ordered numerous dog products from this company. I am 100 percent happy with the results. I definitely recommend this company the quality is awesome and extremely durable and washed up like new. My dog attends a farm once a week comes home dirty her bandanna and collar washes up a treat. Will continue to use the company

The item and the service is amazing. I am so happy with it. Definitely recommending it to my friends. Quality is super nice.

Would absolutely recommend this business they were more than happy to fix my problem very communicative and professional very happy customer!

Bright Star Buddies website was easy to navigate and it offered a great range for customization! The ordering process was simple and straightforward and the delivery was quick! When Bonnie’s tag arrived the packaging was fun and environmentally friendly and the quality and print of the tag was outstanding! I’ll definitely be referring Bright Star Buddies to family and friends needing special items for their special pets! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great communication, harness is well made and my dogs love them.

Charlie is very impressed and mum is pleased to know if Charlie ever wandered her tag is bright, legible and scratch resistant. Her younger bigger sister can be a bit rough and the tag has not been affected. Very pleased. Charlie has a regular size and weighs 5kgs.

Misty loves her new harness. Fits well, easy to put on and looks very smart.

Bright Star Buddies offer a huge variety of colors & designs for your dog tags & collars. They are easy to order from & custom make and delivery is super fast.
Ziggy is an 8.5kg Cavoodle and wears a S (29-44cm) collar and looks a super cool dude with his color combo collar.
Tough, durable & hard wearing they do the job.
Customer service A1
Highly recommend.

A harness is a harness right? Nope definitely not. I’ve purchased 2 harnesses from other sources and was so disappointed in both, either not adjustable or sizing charts were so wrong. Not with Bright Star Buddies. I checked the sizing chart against the breed of dog and then my puppies measurements. They got it perfect! The harness is well made, comfortable feeling and my puppy loves putting her harness on and going walkies. She has her name and contact details on the harness and it looks great on. The harness doesn’t pull on her neck and hugs her beautifully with room for adjustments. There is a wide variety of colours to choose from and the quality doesn’t disappoint. Highly recommended.

Happy for my dogs to look so beautiful.

We bought our boxer Buster this collar several weeks ago. We ordered the blue and black collar with the white writing. To place the order was simple and the time from order to delivery was excellent. The price was also very good. We highly recommend this product.
