This is the first time I have dealt with Bridgit, I have found them easy to deal with, they give clear instructions using every day language I can understand. Unfortunately there was one instance where I had to send them an email as I thought I had signed the mortgage documents incorrectly. They didn’t answer me so I had to contact my mortgage broker who answered my question. This was the only negative I encountered

The only matter that I believe you should address is communicating your fee structure in a more transparent manner. The manner in which you rebate upfront fees is not clear and difficult to follow. All the best to you in scaling Bridgit in 2024 & beyond.

Bridgit was phenomenal in getting our pre-approval ready (within hours!) which was important for us to go to auction. I spoke to 3 different people over multiple phone calls to get assistance with an unexpected urgency. Easy to deal with and they knew exactly where my application was at.

I found anyone we spoke with on the phone or via email friendly enough however I did find the process a little drawn out and overkill re documents necessary. Also, the documentation I have received back after approval did not really spell out exactly what this is likely to cost us.
