Really pleased with the service…
Really pleased with the service provided. Quick communication. Kay was very helpful and arranged our ceremony at the Ocean view terrace within 2 weeks. Everyone onsite was also very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Confusion
Confusion with the the time we needed to be in Gibraltar.
Had to be there early Monday morning to sort out paperwork, although I had already said we would be driving down on the Monday mrng.
Because of this we and our guests then had to drive down on the Sunday. But the hotel we were booked in did not have a room for that night, so had to book another hotel for 1 night. We all had to stay in 2 hotels over 3 nights,
We asked for hotel recommendations, they suggested The Bristol 3 Star hotel which was not the best. The Elliot 4 Star (Sunday night stay) was much nicer and had we been given the option would have booked that one.
Wedding itself was nice, as were the gardens we were married in.
Had to wait a long time for the photos.

Thank you for your feedback, this is greatly appreciated and how wonderful to hear from you!
I am really pleased that you were happy with the wedding and the gardens. I am sorry, however, to learn that you found a part of the package not so satisfactory. I had provided you with a detailed wedding schedule which showed the day and time of the pre-wedding meetings with the commissioner and at the registry office. These times are set by the registry office themselves and not something we have control over or can change. So I am not entirely sure what was confusing about the timings as they were already relayed to you.
I have looked back at my email correspondence with you and I can see that the Bristol, Eliott, Rock, Caleta & Sunborn hotels were offered to you originally of which you chose the Bristol.
With regard to the two different hotels booked for you, this was due to the fact that the original hotel booked, the Bristol, was only booked for the 2 nights. When you asked to be booked in for an additional night on the Sunday so that you could make it to the pre wedding appointments on Monday morning in good time, the Bristol was by then fully booked. We then offered you the Eliott hotel for the first night which you accepted. I am pleased you liked the Eliott as it's in a great location and has been recently rennovated.
Finally with reference to the length of time it took the photographer to send your photographs out to you - this is down to the photographer editing and colouring your photos to make sure they are perfect and not out focused before sending them out to you. After all, this is one of the most important days of your life and we all want it to be perfect!
If you would like to revisit Gibraltar at some point in the future to rekindle old memories, please do get in touch with me and I'll be happy to arrange a commemorative trip around your 4th anniversary in August 2020 with accompanying, complimentary bubbles or, indeed, whenever you wish to visit!

Our Perfect Day
We cannot thank Kay and her team at Bride Gibraltar enough for making sure our Special day went without a hitch. We got married at the Rock Hotel and it was evident that they are very used to working with Kay to ensure our day was perfect. The hotel was superb, rooms had super views, food was good and the staff friendly and helpful. Everything Kay planned and arranged was exactly as she said it would be from the flowers, to the cake, to the photographer, and all the legalities were dealt with and appointments made for us.

Absolutely wonderful. My daughter was married today through Bride Gibraltar and everything went perfectly.
My daughter and fiancé flew out from from Manchester on Sunday to the Sunborn Yacht Hotel in Gibraltar. Bride Gibraltar took care of everything.
They were collected from the airport and taken to the hotel and were given their room on arrival in the morning instead of having to wait until afternoon checkin.
The hotel left bubbly and chocolates in the room which was a nice touch. It was also my daughters birthday on the Wednesday so Bride Gibraltar had cakes and birthday wishes sent to their room.
The wedding service went as smooth as silk and was held at the hotel. My daughter kept telling me how wonderful everything was and she couldn’t be happier.

Amazing! Will be booking another trip!
The whole experience with Bride Gibraltar was amazing! Kay was there to help and support me through everything! I got married on the 25th of September and flew out to Gibraltar on the 22nd. I didn’t have to worry about organising a thing! We stayed in Sunborn Yatch Gibraltar and as soon as we got there we were made a real fuss over! We went up to our room and Kay at Bride Gibraltar surprised us with a bottle of champagne and even cupcakes on our wedding day! It was beautiful & I will be booking another trip with her again! Thank you so much Kay for everything little thing you did for us! I could not of imagined it better!
