Amazing company, amazing product.
Amazing company with an amazing product. The Brickboxes themselves are solid, beautifully-engineered ply with infinite possibilities, and have completely transformed my small space, adding a huge amount of storage whilst looking great.
Shipping to the UK, whilst expensive (thanks Brexit) was handled entirely by the company and UPS, so no worries about customs forms etc...
Their customer service is quick, friendly and helpful. They corrected an issue immediately. I can't recommend Brickbox enough!

Practical, uncomplicated and minimalist aesthetics
The products are super cool and deliver what they promise. Installation is simple and self-explanatory. It was a little awkward to work out the specific quantity, so a configurator would be an added value here.
The delivery was quick, but the customs duty was much higher than predicted. Nevertheless, everything was within reason. In the end, the supplier ignored the storage space, despite being advised to do so, and did not place the parcels where they would be protected from the rain.
All in all, we are happy and can imagine recommending the boxes to others.
