I received my collar yesterday and have seen an immediate change. I have tried everything from flea wipes to sprays, pills, topicals and nothing has worked this well and quickly. Love it. Now i am getting it for my cats

Right after I got my dogs and cats collars a couple of the collar holders (?) broke and the collars slipped off of their necks. After I found the collars and figured out what happened, I contacted the company. The collars were replaced free of charge. Very happy about that!

So I have 2 Yorkies They are both under 5lbs. I noticed one of them kept scratching and had some fleas on him. He must’ve gotten them from the yard because we had no fleas inside the home. I tried so many things to get rid of them but failed. I saw an ad on IG abt Breeze. I liked the fact they were safe & chemical free. So I placed an order. One day after they arrived 1 of my Yorkie bit it to pieces. I was so upset. We didn’t even get to try it. I wrote to customer service and sent them pictures and without hesitation they quickly resent me out a new order. A week later, I got them in the mail and they have not left my dogs neck ever since. It’s been 5 months & My dogs are still flea free. The collar does not bother them at all. I love it! If you have a dog or cat, I would definitely recommend getting the collars. Worth the price . They are a must have and really work.

We live in the country surrounded by trees and did not want to give our pups chemicals. We ordered each of them a collar and we are impressed! It has kept fleas, ticks and flys off and away from them! Highly recommend!!

The moment I received the collar and opened the package, the smell made my eyes water. My cat smelled it across the room. It is NOT odorless. It stinks! Just give me my money back.
Update: they sent me $20 back. It wasn't worth the fight to get all of it back. I will NEVER purchase anything from this company again.

I purchased three of the BREEZE collars for my dogs and they are working great. We have been using them three months. Customer service is fantastic to work with and they truly want you to be satisfied with your purchase. I had a small issue with one of the collars not staying securely attached and they replaced it without issue. Very pleased.

I’ve only recently discovered the Breeze company & products. My Golden Retriever is doing really well with the Breeze Aura flea/tick collar, and no chemicals! Delivery was prompt too! I had a question about whether the company saved credit card data, and Joanna replied quickly and pleasantly that they do not save such data in order to protect our security. What great customer service and products! Terrific company to deal with!

I purchased two flea & tick collars for our cats. When my boyfriend was putting one on it snapped in half. I wrote them and they replied so fast asking for pictures, so I sent a picture and within about a week I received a new one! Awesome I was so happy!

I want to update a review I wrote about a week ago. The company did respond and gave me a 60% refund. I still can't say for sure if the collar works, they reassured me that seeing fleas at initial implementation was normal and actually a sign that the collar is working. I am coming up on the date I should re-apply the topical flea preventative I had administered 2 days before using collar. My cat usually starts scratching a few days ahead of re-application of topical so I am holding off to see if collar really does do something.
Bottom line, company did respond and gave partial refund amount on both collars. Saved return costs. (I did mention I would like to not have to go through PayPal Resolution to get my refund..) May have had some impact? Still not sure collars work.
But feel it's worth leaving it on, can't hurt.

Defective product. Won't even latch to stay on. Customer service is a joke. Just got a run-around and song and dance so far. They don't honor their return policy even when defective!! Don't buy!! I will be contacting BBB about this company. Lost $51 and nothing to show for it.

On March 2, 2024 at 12 AM, I placed an order for 3 dog collars. Later that morning on the SAME day, I checked on my order and found out that someone had added on extra collars without my knowledge or consent. I immediately emailed them and told them to cancel any and all orders in my name and to close any and all accounts in my name. They did not do that. I received a black package in my mailbox on March 6, 2024. The return address was a shipping company. I did some digging and found out that the package originated from SP Breeze which I pretty much knew and I was sure that it contained the 3 collars that I originally ordered. I did NOT open the package. I put an "X" across the label and wrote on the label "REFUSED. RETURN TO SENDER" and placed it in my mailbox the next day. It was picked up by my mail person. I know that this company received this package back because they told me that they did. I contacted my credit card and filed a dispute. There were two charges. One of the charges was ruled in my favor and it was credited back to my account. The other charge for $78.99 was not ruled in my favor because I did not follow their return policy. First of all, if they had done what I had told them to do on March 2nd, the order should have been canceled, PERIOD. Now this company wants me to close my dispute but I am not willing to do that. I do not do business with companies that do things like what this company did to me. I can't use their contact thing because it says that I didn't do the recaptcha process. I didn't do that because it WASN'T there. This company and its product is a scam. These collars are NOT effective from what I have discovered. I have also discovered that other dogs in the household have eaten parts of these collars and have become very ill. At this point, I am going to file a formal complaint with the FTC and the BBB. I want ALL of my $78.99 back and I WILL do whatever it takes to get my money back.

I read the reviews after I bought the very $$$ flea collars and I’m kicking myself. They don’t actually work even if you first do all the tried & true things everyone who’s ever had a pet & access to Google knows are supposed to help get rid of fleas. When you see natural ingredients instead of chemicals that might harm your pets, you want to believe. After I cleaned & washed & sprayed & dosed my animals, I sent for these collars, which didn’t work at all— I swear the fleas laughed! I emailed Breeze to complain. I rejected Breeze’s low-ball refund offers as a “consideration” to me so I didn’t have to pay to return the collars. Perplexed, I asked for the full refund Breeze promises on their site. I got the exact same song & dance from their customer rep others described here. I was lectured on how to fight fleas besides using their collars. (As I said, I know, I know) Then they denied they had a full refund policy even after I sent them their exact quote from their site…plus they seemed to be arguing over what the meaning of “full refund” [supposedly with no hassle] is. I followed up, saying I’d be happy to discuss with Amex if Breeze didn’t want to deal with me. The next email I got granted me the full refund I asked for, and suggested my offer to followup with Amex was a “threat.” Holding the line, the rep said she’d be happy to send Amex their imaginary no refund policy…no matter what they promise you before you buy. All this company has to do—any company—is to stand by what they say in writing, or don’t say it. Breeze, do better.

You claimed that I did not follow your return policy but I told you to cancel ANY and ALL orders in my name and to cancel ANY and ALL accounts in my name the SAME day that I placed my order. I also discovered that your collars are not effective and other dogs in the household have eaten the collars and became very ill. Your collars are garbage and I do NOT recommend that ANYONE use them for their dog(s) or cat(s)!! I want my refund and I want it NOW. If you do not refund my money I will file a complaint with my state's Attorney General.

I brought for my dog, it broke and they refused to replace it. While I feel it may have had an impact on my dogs fleas it’s pointless if it breaks and cannot be worn especially when advertised as 8months worth or wear

HORRIBLE! This is a scam, they offer 30-day money back guarantee which they do not honor. This collar does not work, and they know it. That is why they only offer a partial refund. They are getting our money and giving us a product that they know doesn't work and still getting to keep part of the money. These collars are only worth the cost of the materials, which is not much. Next stop, BBB!

Bought the 3 pack for my dog thinking that this would be a great alternative to using chemicals. After trying it on her she was very uncomfortable with it and kept scratching at the collar.
When attempting to contact Breeze about returning them, we went back and forth several times. First they wanted pictures of her skin being irritated, then went on to say that they could also refund 50% with no pictures. What company tells you they will only refund half your money?!?!
They have now went on to say they could refund 70% and that is the standard practice for refunds. I feel like I have been scammed! I just want all my money back since the product did not live up to it’s expectations for me.

Great customer service. The collar doesn't work very well for fleas. It has helped my cat stop itching as much and calmed her down. The dog collar did not work all but they refunded my money for it right away which I really appreciate. Their support team answers you right away.

I wish I had checked on here before ordering these collars for my dog. Unfortunately she reacted badly and there is nothing on the website as to these collars potentially being harmful. I cannot comment on the ability of these collars to solve a flea issue but I find customer services are refusing to refund my payment in full despite my dog becoming quite poorly after wearing a collar for only 30 minutes.
Edit: After posting this review, the seller refunded my purchase in full. I do not know whether their website has been updated regarding potential risk to your pet with this product.

I love these collars and they work Great. I highly recommend and they came very quickly as well. I have 3 Dogs and none of them has any issues wearing the collar. Awesome product..I will be buying more.
