I ordered Wella hair gel, but did not receive anything, the parcel delivery company GLS track and trace tells me that is is delivered but we did not receive anything

a few days later is the parcel delivered, after I sent a question to the helpdesk of Brasty, got a quik response

I ordered Clinique 100ml, their price was about €50 cheaper than other sellers and this was enough for me not to buy but I went ahead and bought it. Unfortunately the smell is different from the original. I took brasty order to acqua&sapone to check out the difference and the difference was glaring. I wasted my money.

Bought a michael kors watch - Aok until it broke. I sent it back for repair 3months ago. I have paid for repair and return postage and now they are ignoring my emails and have kept the watch.

I have left five star reviews for this company but now they are becoming annoying.
1. They have a website which has not allowed you to place orders "due to technical reasons" for over two weeks. The technical reason is probably them getting their heads around Brexit something that their fellow country men Notino does not seem to found a problem. Fair enough it is probably complicated. But today they have sent out a promotional email specifically for UK customers. Click on one of the offers and nothing has changed still can't order due to technical reasons, they say.
2. They give a phone number which has a recorded message which tells you to contact them electronically. Do that and there is no response.
Update: finally received a response. Still saying Technical Problems. They are functioning in all other countries. Brexit almost certainly and there is certainly a technical problem in the brains of the people who arranged that!

Be careful don't buy they warranty it's BS*
They scammed me of 25€ because a perfume came broken.
They don't cooperate with the customer and don't respect the customer rights.

Good service and a great product for my driving school

Perhaps I’m being generous because the product is genuine, but it wasn’t the easiest journey getting it.

First item delivered was faulty so had to pay expensive postage to return the item on the promise it would be refunded. Ended up receiving a replacement item, but no refund on the postage, and no response to my email chasing it up.

Great product, best price.

I received a flanker of Montale perfumes that is different to what I already had - longevity, strength and the heart note are all different. It disappears after two hours. Packaging is also slightly different, flanker has no batch code. It's a fake perfume that is not justified by the lower price. Totally disappointed. My first and last purchase.

Second time I have used this company. Pleased on both occasions with packaging and delivery. Slight delay second time but during lockdown so still brilliant service.

Packaging was slightly disappointing, it was put in a box with shredded cardboard (which was clearly from some other unrelated packaging). This was done to protect the perfume, but it looked like packaging from a third world country. Would easily make someone feel like the perfume was a knock off. The product is likely a knock off. I have used this same perfume many times before. The lack of oiliness in the perfume, puts me in real doubt.

No issues ordering. Website good.

Very cheap prices compared to other shops.

Only issue was delivery which took almost 2 weeks from ordering to delivery.

Not a massive problem for me. Not sure it was the fault of the company as they had sent the items and had a tracking number, more likely to be the delivery company!

Emailed Brasty customer services and was very impressed to be emailed back within a couple of minutes.

Would recommend based on my experience!
