Great product, using nearly a month, the vitamins is really good quality, easy to swallow, no bad taste, small packaging. They improved my body, I feel little bit more active, less muscle pain and tirredness. Highly reccomending

Decided to try these as i had tried others was not expecting much, but i was impressed, the helped my digestive system, i felt i had more energy and got less tired which was good.

Ordered lions main supplements. Definitely made a different and very impressed. Helped digestion and just made me feel energised.

I have been having an issue with sleeping so decided to give this a try as heard so much about this due to being advertised on the tv, and very surprised to say it has helped a great deal, I would recommend this product if you need help in feeling less tired. They are easy to take and leave no after taste.

I tried these ginseng as I was at a bit of a low ebb and struggling to concentrate at work. They definitely gave me a bit more of a positive boost. They were easy to swallow and tasteless and there was no bitter aftertaste. They didn't repeat on me and settled well in my stomach. I definitely felt like I had more energy whilst taking them.

I have been taking the magnesium now for about 6 weeks and whilst I haven't noticed a boost in energy I haven't noticed a drop either and having returned to work recently I was expecting to be quite tired. I have found I have been more able to retain information and whilst I am unsure whether the supplement is helping I have found less muscle fatigue the day after my runs. This of course could be me getting fitter but with the speed at which I have improved I'd like to think this is helping. My only issue is that the bottles are so big you could fit double the product in. Huge waste of plastic.

I have tried 2 supplements and both I've been happy with. After a couple of days of sticking with it I could definitely feel a difference in my energy level. Waking up in the morning was becoming easier and focusing on my work which I am having to do from home is now possible without getting distracted with housework. Definitely have more productive days.

I am one of the people who doubts a lot when buying products online. But for the last few years, I have lived with constant fatigue and lack of energy, I am tired and had a hard time concentrating. So I decided to try some kind of supplement. I have to admit that since I have been taking this supplement, I feel less tired and it has even helped me with my work and study.
The only thing I would ask for is to add some lake, which may be the side effects of using this supplement.
Several days I forgot to take it in the morning. So, I took it at night, and I noticed a weight on my legs that woke me up. I thought it was because of the bike or the exercise until I realized that it was the supplement and that it clearly says to take it in the "morning" my mistake. Now so I forget in the morning, I wait for the next day.

These tablets are easy to swallow and there's no flavour to them which is good. They've been good for energy levels which has been helpful as I've been unwell recently and they helped me to get back to work quicker. I have fibromyalgia so suffer with daily aches and pains taking magnesium supplements are a big help, I highly recommend.

Highly recommend. And I will buy it myself more than One! Better sleep, less nervous, a lot of stress in my life lately. But these vitamins save me to keep my nerve function stable.Helped to concentrate. My brain works more than ever.

I was a bit sceptical when this product was offered to me, secretly asking myself "do I really need this?".  It took me  about two weeks to  register my interest. This was after I became unnecessarily anxious and restless getting good sleep.

As expected, the delivery of the product was very fast. I missed the delivery in the morning but the driver redelivered on his way back in the evening. The product was well packaged with a good seal and air tight container. It has a clear  readable  information about nutrients/ingredients with  instructions on how to take the capsules. The capsules are made with natural ingredients and  are of moderate sizes,  easy to swallow, no after taste.

I take the capsules in the evening/night after putting away all distractive devices.  My sleep pattern significantly improved becoming deeper and longer. Not only that the capsules make me fall asleep easily and having a good sweet sleep at night, I noticed that my restlessness and anxiety  greatly reduced making me feel very alert in the morning and this of course gives me more energy to carry on for the rest of the day.

Truly, the capsules contributed to my normal psychological  function and reduction of tiredness, and fatigue just exactly as the package says they do.

Ho comprato questo prodotto perché cercavo un integratore alimentare e le recensioni mi hanno convinto.
Dopo aver provato il prodotto per 15 giorni devo dire che i risultati si vedono già: ho notato una riduzione nella stanchezza pomeridiana, soprattutto nel dopo pranzo, un miglioramento nella gestione dello stress quotidiano e soprattutto meno fame nervosa!
Lo consiglio, il rapporto qualità prezzo è eccellente!

Tried various products from this company and they are all of a consistently high quality.
Packaging is good, sturdy and, most importantly, keeps the capsules in the dark - as the instructions say you are supposed to.
I have no complaints so far about the company or their products.

Sto usando questo integratore a base di Ginseng da più o meno 20 giorni e devo dire che sento quella carica in più di cui avevo bisogno per affrontare la mia routine giornaliera. Prima di utilizzarla, il pomeriggio sentivo una fiacca che non mi permetteva di continuare ad affrontare la mia giornata. Da quando assumo questi integratori riesco ad arrivare a fine giornata senza sentirmi completamente distrutta. Lo consiglio.

These came in a capsule form which helps when swallowing them. Before taking these my mind was all over the place and I thought I had the weight of the world on my shoulders. After taking these for 2 weeks I noticed my mind isn't as fuzzy. I have found it hard to sleep and now I am sleeping a little better which I am not sure if its the tablets or just things settling down.
