I have found that these capsules are too big and chunky to swallow and I'm struggling to take 3 of them a day. I do feel better in myself so something is definitely working

I have been using the Korean Ginseng for about two weeks now. I've noticed getting up earlier than before and being a bit more productive than usual. I have been working out a lot and i don't feel as tired and sleepy afterwards. I will continue using it, and i hope that it aids me in the future aswell.

I have been taking these for a couple of weeks now I have seen quite a difference in myself. I have more energy and I am alot calmer where my anxiety is concerned. The product is great.

The capsules are a good size, easy to swallow and gluten free, soy free and dairy free. I have been taking two capsules a day for three weeks and I haven't noticed any difference yet but I expect they need to be taken for a longer period to gain any positive results.

Organic Lions Mane Mushroom extract Capsules are absolutely amazing. My anxiety totally vanished after taking these for a few days. Prior to ordering these I did a bit of research about the benefits of taking different supplements, particularly those that can help with tiredness and fatigue and this is what led me to order the Magnesium Bisglycinate. When they arrived they were well packaged and the jar containing the capsules was transparent which made it easier to monitor how many capsules were left and also had a really simple to read and clear label. I have now been taking these for a few weeks now and can say the capsules are easy to swallow with no bitter after taste. I swallowed them whole with water but I believe you can also empty the capsules into some juice and take that way but as I've not tried that I cannot say if that would have a bitter taste. Since taking the capsules I have noticed an improvement in the quality of sleep I am having and this has also led to a reduction in how tired and fatigued I feel. Additionally, I've noticed that generally I feel more relaxed. These may not be the cheapest supplements on the market but I believe the benefits justify the cost

Absolutely love the brand I’ve tried two different supplements magnesium being the latest one and I have to say I’m impressed does exactly what it says on the label ! Looking forward to trying other supplements by brain power : )
