Braiden plumbing were professional, clean and tidy and managed the job quickly and efficiently. They brought in different trade professionals at each stage and the attention to detail was superb. They took no chances and produced a perfect job.

Very Happy with work done, Noticed a leak at 11pm the previous day and got someone round the next morning to fix at short notice. Prices are affordable and everything was explained well.

Having explained two problems (a leak under the kitchen sink and dripping kitchen taps), I was assured that these could be dealt with. The engineer came in the agreed time slot and proved to be very competent and pleasant. The fact that I was able to get the job done just a few hours after my call was another plus point, as was the care that the engineer took to clear up afterwards.
The only negative was that the cost was quite high, but probably on a par with plumbers in general.

Have used this firm a few times now. They always try to get out as quickly as possible, service is always friendly and efficient and a breakdown of cost always provided when needed. I’ve used them for more costly jobs and simple radiator bleeds for the whole house and will always use agai.
