Great service and excellent price, would definitely recommend them

Excellent service, both by the surveyor and office. Appointment was arranged very efficiently. Surveyor followed up with a phone call immediately afterwards, explaining all the points in advance of a well written report. He was also extremely helpful with some follow up queries, which were answered quickly and with helpful advice, and a further visit. Highly recommend.

After getting numerous quotes from companies for a level 3 building survey, we decided to use Braeside Surveyors as they had really good reviews, even though they were one of the cheaper quotes. The service we received was first class. The inspection was arranged within a day of payment being made and we had a phone call on the same day of the inspection giving us a summary of their findings. The full report was available within days and is extremely thorough. As a result we have been able to go back to the sellers to renegotiate the price.

Exceptional from start to finish. I enquired with Braeside and they followed up the quote soon after. They were the cheapest by far and confirmed they had a well experienced surveyor, Stephen, in my area.
Once instructed, they answered all my questions quickly and efficiently (Nina was great and very reassuring). Once Stephen had conducted the survey he phoned me straight away to confirm any concerns he had and also shared his compliments regarding the property which was great to hear. As first time buyers this whole process is very new and scary , but I couldn’t fault the service Braeside gave. I would highly recommend and will definitely use them in the future.

Definitely recommend! Was unsure on how to choose who to pick and we were advised to just go with the cheapest which was Braeside Surveyors and they didn’t disappoint. Nina’s communication was spot on and very helpful and Steve who did the survey was informative and gave us a run down on the phone on advisories.

We cannot recommend Braeside Surveyors enough! As first time buyers, we hadn't gone through this process before however they made it so simple. They were extremely fast with Nina replying to all our enquiries in a matter of hours. Following the quote, our survey was booked in for the very next week and a full report followed soon after. Stephen called us following the survey and explained things in a way we would understand, having never owned a property before.

In this case, the cheapest quote didn't mean less quality!

We have had a great experience with Stephen Hinton completing a Level 3 survey on our purchase - it was arranged promptly and after completing we received a call from Stephen. It was good to be able to have a discussion with him about the details he found and ask any initial questions, he was very friendly and informative- it made us feel at ease and confident he had checked everything for us.
The full report was received within a couple of days which again was very informative.
