I can’t recommend Braeside surveyors & Valuers enough. Bend over backwards for me after hearing about the situation I was in! Within 24 hours, i had Steve doing my survey for the help to buy redemption form and less than 2 days, I had the report in my inbox! If it wasn’t for them, I wouldn’t have completed on my property in time.

The Braeside surveyor phoned immediately after completing his visit to give the main points of of the property visited. His written report came quickly and was comprehensive.

I had a level 3 survey done by Stephen Hinton and I was very satisfied with the quality of communication and the depth and detail of the survey. I recently had two surveys carried out by Braeside and I couldn’t recommend them enough.

The first survey was completed by Saj Patel, who identified a load of defects that I would never have known about myself. He highlighted serious underlying, which ultimately saved me from purchasing a property with significant hidden defects.

The second survey was carried out by Martin Kerry and, again, the service was extremely professional and thorough. The report identified issues that I otherwise would not have been aware of, allowing me to successfully renegotiate with the seller before going ahead with the purchase.

Both reports were incredibly detailed, clear, and easy to understand. What really stood out was how well the surveyors explained everything in layman’s terms, making the whole process far less stressful and much easier to follow.

Survey done, weeks for report, excuses, said there was damp on most walls and in the loft, like most surveyors do, recommended a damp survey with 'someone he knows', got my own damp survey done, and strangely, no damp issues anywhere, never trust a surveyors damp issue....

Very easy to book and organise for the L3 survey. Survey report was issued within a few days of being completed and had all the detail we required to proceed with the purchase.

Competitively priced and good communication. Booking process was easy and portal and emails kept up to date with progress. The surveyor was informative and professional.
