The whole team was very friendly and professional. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They answered questions promptly and the whole process was a lot less daunting than what I thought it would be as a first time buyer I would whole heartedly recommended them to anyone looking for a level 3 survey. I'm also sure, had I wanted any high tech additions, that they would have gotten it swiftly for me as well.

We received first class service from Braeside Surveyors. There were time constraints that meant we needed a survey done quickly and they were able to arrange a date much sooner than anyone else we spoke to. The turnaround for issuing the report was also quicker than others and their pricing was very competitive.
On the day of the Level 3 survey we had a lengthy conversation with Stephen, the surveyor, and he talked us through his findings using clear and easy to understand language rather than lots of technical jargon. We were able to ask questions and gained all of the information we needed to decide to go ahead with the purchase. When the report came through it was very comprehensive but written in a way that was logical and easy to understand. We highly recommend Stephen & Nina at Braeside, they've been kind, helpful and provided invaluable expert knowledge.

Received a call same day as the survey took place for a verbal report and explained anything we didn't understand. Full report available a few days later.

Can’t thank Braeside enough for their quick turn around on a HTB report I needed after it had been missed by my solicitor so late on in my sale. I currently live in Australia so it hasn’t been easy sorting out UK house sale, they did me a huge favour on turning around my report in 1-2 days rather than the standard 5-7 to try and help me complete quickly!

Great price and great service.

Very responsive, reasonably priced and friendly company! Stephen was great! He came out twice to look at the roof because on his first visit it had snowed, and he took a lot of time to patiently explain things to me personally. That was very welcome to me as a first-time buyer. I've waited with my review until I had moved in and lived in the property for a while, and his survey was spot on! Highly recommended!

Couldn't fault Braeside at all, Nina was very helpful, always came back quickly if I had a question, Stephen Hinton was the surveyor for my property, he managed to get me in quite quickly, called me the same day with a run down then got my report within 48 hrs, price was brilliant, thank you both very much!!!
