very bad customer service, you dont receive the product you pay for, not a reputable company!!!!

Habe Schmuck im Wert von 100€ gekauft, der nicht ansatzweise so schön aussah wie auf dem Bild. Ich war absolut enttäuscht. Obendrein habe ich den gleichen Schmuck für läppische 13,38€ als Set auf Amazon gefunden. Bin stinksauer.

I bought a Christmas decoration from this company which I paid £109 for. On arrival I was very disappointed as to how poor a quality it was. It had some chip marks on it and glue had run down the front where 2 pieces had been glued together. I contacted customer service who sent me a return label. I returned the item which I know they have received as I could trace it. I waited for my refund and waited and waited. I have sent 5 emails asking for a refund and no one has replied. The customer service is terrible and I will not buy from them again. I am now going to contact paypal to try and get my money back

I bought 3 items from Bradford Exchange and returned them as per their returns policy and sent proof of them being returned. I paid $435 for the goods. I cannot get in touch with them. Phone has a recorded message saying they cannot take calls. Emails are unanswered. Ieft a messenger message and they tell me to phone or email although I have told them this is not possible as explained above. Very poor performance. Have reported this to PayPal and awaiting a response. Would never buy anything from them again.

DO NOT BUY at any circumstance with this company! I have a dispute now open with my bank, which they advised i am not the only customer to experience problems with this company!!
I have had multiple transactions now adding up to nearly £100 that I have not authorised. I ordered coins and was unknowingly set up to a loop of repeat orders. Many and I mean many emails later I have had false promises of refunds and been advised that they will cancel the subscriptions. This dates back to APRIL! No refund and only one coin received and returned. Customer service was initially fantastic until you ask for your money back!!!
Hopefully when the fraud team in NatWest investigate, this Company are held accountable! I have heard many similar stories about this company and I wish I had done my research first. The fact that my bank have advised that I am not their first dispute against this company concerns me.

I purchased two items for my Mother for Mother’s Day. Only it turns out I didn’t - unbeknownst to me I ACTUALLY signed up for two SUBSCRIPTION PLANS that would be intermittently taking money out of my bank account without warning. I should have realized something was off when they charged full shipping for BOTH items. Combining wasn’t even an option. It was annoying - it was expensive - but I figured “Oh, whatever, it’s just shipping...” But I was younger then. Naive. Hopeful. Actually, it’s a scam. I realized that the other day when $111 disappeared from my bank account without even an email from Bradford Exchange saying the next “installment” was due soon. They didn’t even notify me AFTER the charge that my “subscription” had shipped. It was horrifying. I went to the site and dug around and figured out what happened. They go out of their way NOT to make it clear what you’re in for - and they do not make it simple to “Unsubscribe.” I’ll keep the Nativity subscription for now, at least until Mom has the entire Holy Family - but so help me, they’re not getting another penny from me for a battalion of little “semi-bronze” soldiers. Take my advice, don’t buy anything from them unless you’re ready and willing to deal with the Secret Subscription Plan from Hell. Not worth it. There are plenty of other sites on the internet. Take your money and go elsewhere, where recurring charges don’t lurk in the dark.

This is the first time I have made a purchase from this company. At the point of purchase I did not receive any confirmation by way of an email. After a period of two weeks I tried to phone only to receive an automated service which only gave an option to leave my contact details for the company to call me back. Not happy with this I finally managed to speak to a representative only to be admonished for talking to them and that they only used the automated service. Having explained the situation they stated that they were awaiting delivery and I would here from them in due course. Finally I received an email confirmation of delivery yesterday. I responded to the email to advise them of the length of time it had taken only to receive a further email requesting my full name, full address including postcode, date of birth and details of the item ordered. This will be the first and last time I use this company.

I ORDERED THREE ITEMS ONLINE FROM THE BRADFORD EXCHANGE, THE ITEMS BEING FOR CHRISTMAS, I THEN RECEIVED AN EMAIL INFORMING ME THAT ALL THREE ITEMS WOULD BE 6-8 WEEKS DELIVERY. I THEN CALLED BRADFORD EXCHANGE WHO CHECKED THEIR STOCK AND THEY INFORMED ME THAT TWO OF THE ITEMS WOULD INDEED BE SENT OUT IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS, WHICH THEY WERE AND I RECEIVED THEM AND I MUST SAY THEY WERE VERY NICE.
THE REMAINING ITEM WAS THEN CANCELLED FOR ME AND I RECEIVED AN EMAIL CONFIRMING THIS FROM ONE OF THEIR SALES PEOPLE KIRSTY. ALL MONEY WAS TAKEN FOR ALL THREE ITEMS BUT I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED A REFUND FOR THIS MISSING ITEM WHICH WAS NOT SENT, THEY ALSO HAD THE CHEEK TO TAKE THE DELIVERY CHARGE AS WELL. I HAVE SINCE TRIED TO CALL BUT THERE IS NO OPTION FOR NON-DELIVERIES ON THE PHONE AND THEY JUST CUT YOU OFF. I HAVE SENT THREE SEPERATE EMAILS SINCE CHASING MY REFUND BUT SO FAR NO LUCK. I HAVE ALSO PUT IN A RESOLUTON ISSUE WITH PAYPAL OVER THE MISSING REFUND - STILL WAITING!!!

Awesome, easy, reliable right to the day of arrival. Love doing business with The Bradford Exhange. What I purchased was a Christmas gift but I know the recipient will love it!
