I guess really that BRADFORD company and staff won't read any transcriptions of their bad behavior, as they maybe fool only themselves. The promise that the stuff offered in their catalogues will delivered asap is only partly true. We made even good experiences at the beginning. But as I ordered a Harry Potter snow globe with the Hogwarts castle it began "the nightmare", starting in October 2021 was the delivery not possible! Always as I questioned for it I got the answer "Be patient, we deal with your issue!". But it happened nothing! In May 2022 the same answer for the question and an offer for a snow glob of Harry Potters, similar to the ordered one! I ordered even two as there was written "special offer!". Nevertheless I got last week the information that the delivery will take time, at least two month, but it might be even four as well! If we are not really lucky we won't get that in the year 2022! I asked for deleting my account and the orders! Without any excuses I was answered that it is ok and they delete my account!!! What for a company - they are to rich to deal with normal people and their stuff isn't any cheap at all!!! I warn you really for that company!
But now the impressive thing! The first Hogwarts snow globe was found in the actual catalogue again. I got the eMail that it isn't available right now and I even couldn't short before find it at all (only in eBay in US!).
As that castle globe was a Christmas gift for our kids in 2021 my wife said we might give it another try. She made herself an account and ordered that castle again..... I'm really curious what happens next.........

I'll give an update - negative as well as positive..!!!

I recently had 2 small issues, first one of my figurines was missing authenticity certificate and second I could never log into my account with message saying E Mail wasn't recognized even though I was receiving E Mails from the company.
Short message to customer service and both issues fix within the same day! Great job

Es fällt mir schwer, wie gefordert, freundlich zu bleiben. Ich habe eine Uhr zurück gesendet aber meine Anzahlung NICHT zurück erhalten, zuerst schreibt man "paypal blockiert (?) eine Rückzahlung" , dann hat man es angeblich seit Wochen "an die Buchhaltung übergeben" und die Antwortadresse auf die erste Bewertung "ist nur für die USA zuständig"
Würden SIE da freundlich bleiben ?????

Habe einen Armreif geschenkt bekommen und trotz sorgfältigen Tragens ging nach 9 Monaten der Klappmechanismus kaputt. Am Telefon sagte mir der Kundendienst nun, es gäbe auf Schmuck lediglich 4 Monate Garantie und man könne da nichts machen.

Habe vor ca 12 Monate einen limitierten Anhänger erworben. Da man solch ein Schmuckstück nicht tgl trägt, stellte ich jetzt fest, nach ca. 4 maligem Tragen, dass sich bei dem Stück die komplette Legierung gelöst hat.
Nach Reklamation wurde mir, kurz und schmerzlos, mitgeteilt, dass nur eine Garantie von 3 Monaten bestehen würde, daher könne man, für mich als langjähriger Kunde, nicht tun.
Das wars….hauptsache, diese angeblich hochwertigen Artikel, teuer verkaufen, aber nicht für minderwertiges Material gerade stehn.
Nie wieder!!!

Erste Bestellung Lieferzeit ok. 2. Bestellung nun warte ich seit einer Woche, es tut sich nix. 2x den Kundenservice kontaktiert. Keine Reaktion...

This company is very hit and miss I have bought things of here that look great like my husbands plane models and also ordered jewellery that looks like it’s come outta a 2p machine. The last thing I bought was a beauty and the beast clock and was really badly made the back was not fixed together probably I was gutted.

Ich habe mir eine schneekugel von nightmare becirce christmas gekauft. Lange habe ich überlegt da 200€ für eine schneekugel schon viel sind. Dennoch habe ich sie gekauft. Versand ging schnell und problemlos, die Ware war innerhalb 3 Werktagen da. Und die Schneekugel sah tatsächlich noch schöner aus als auf den Bildern online. Wer gerne seltene und schöne Sammlerstücke im Regal stehen haben möchte, dem kann ich bradford nur empfehlen!

I wanted this watch licensed by Ford which they had. It was seamless to order it, it arrived in a timely fashion and it was perfect, brilliantly packed, and presented and I am very fussy. Fast response to emails. For me a brilliant experience. Thanks very much

Mores the fool me. Back in Oct 2019. They advertised the Santa carving a manger scene on FB gave a really good price. Man I signed up quicker than you can say Bobs your uncle. Fast forward to 6/21 I’m down$453.46. This is 3x’s what was advertised showing the entire collection. My card has been billed 32.39 twice a month since 11/19 the charges drop once on each side of the cc statement close outs. Customer service would never give me a total price or even respond to initial contact after the Santa and tree arrived. NEVER AGAIN will I do installments. Worse yet, I still do NOT have the complete set.

I at first had a bad experience when I asked how I can get a replacement globe for my granddaughter. Customer service was no help at all. I then appealed to the media crew and was absolutely thrilled with Dianne on the social media team. She was FANTASTIC and exactly what a customer service person should be - she should be the one that is training your customer service people - you have a absolute GEM there...Thank you Dianne!!!!

Absolutely appalling company. My mum ordered an item, which she paid for in full at the time of purchase. She has then been sent a Bill saying she hasn’t paid. We obtained a copy of the cheque that she sent. It has been cashed by The Bradford Exchange, so I forwarded a copy of the cheque via email to resolve the matter. I did say in my email, that due to data protection I understand that they wouldn’t be able to deal with me, but could they write to my elderly mum (at the address the order was posted to) to confirm the issue was resolved and it would stop her worrying about this matter. However, it appears incompetence runs through the entire company at every level as a lady called Nina replied to my email saying that due to data protection she couldn’t help and then blocked my emails! As I had attached a copy of the cheque, Nina could very clearly see that the account was paid, however she was clearly too lazy to deal with the matter and contact my mum. She took the easy option of doing nothing and blocking my emails. Totally unhelpful lady who clearly shouldn’t work in a customer service role!
We will not be contacting the Bradford Exchange again to resolve this issue. If further letters are sent, that will be at their expense and if they pursue the payment further then we have a record of contacting the company, forwarding a copy of the cashed cheque and a record of the very unhelpful Nina who couldn’t be bothered to deal with the query.

Bought the acdc stein, omg it looked beautiful in the advert, whe it arrived it was cheap and nasty and on the side said,,made in China... total rubbish,

A nightmare might be the only way to describe this company. I first ordered a ring and when I received it, it was nothing like the product pictured on the site. This looked like it came from a Christmas cracker. I also sent of for a few coins, they took ages to arrive and not long after so did more coins and ever increasing bills for them. I'm still bombarded with junk emails and mail.

If I could rate the bradford exchange a big fat O I would! They have been taking money from my account for 4 months, charging me for merchandise I didn't order and then sending me some crap stating I ordered it. They are thieves and a class action suit should be made because I'm not the only one!! NEVER order anything from these people. They will steal from you forever!!! They are horrible people. I asked them to send me an itemized bill as they charged me $37.?? each month for something I paid for right away! They send me a bill stating "One christmas tree and other stuff" THAT is the itemized bill!!! These people should be shut down!!!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!

I ordered an item worth over £200 from seeing it in a magazine back in October 2020. I heard nothing at all. (Probably the first indicator that this was not going to go well).
This was intended as a christmas present and so at the beginning of December I thought I should chase up to find out the estimated time of arrival. On this occasion Wendy responded to let me know that there seemed to have been a mix up and my order had not been processed.
Thank goodness no monies had been taken!
I still wanted the item and so asked them to process the order. I was told I would need to re-order via a telephone number.
I spent a week trying to get through, holding on and on and giving up each time. On 23rd December I sent an email to Wendy asking for someone to call me. You would have thought they would be grateful for the order, particularly at this time! - heard nothing.
On 5th January I re-emailed. Nothing...
Upon reviewing Trust Pilot it seems like I have had a lucky escape. The only disappointment being that the item was unique and would have been a lovely present.

If I could give a zero I would! Ordered a highly valuable item costing £396 agreed to pay in 3 installments of £132 come to pay the first payment and the whole amount was already taken from my bank in 3 installments! So I call them up waiting over an hour due to covid and they refund me the money and create a payment plan on the date of my choice and was told it wouldn't happen again yet since in total this has happened on 4 separate occasions yet the item has already been paid for! Called to make a formal complaint as it's become illegal activity on my account as I haven't authorised these payments and I was reassured a manager would call me back before 6pm and guess what,no call! Will never deal with these in a million years and I recommend nobody else does either!

Im absolutely fuming. This company thinks its ok to take money from my late mother's bank account 8 months after she died making it overdrawn! The item my mother ordered on the day she died was out of stock so i presumed they would cancel the order or at least check first to see if it was still wanted. So after many emails to them it transpires i have to wait for the item to be delivered, then get a return label and then finally get a refund.....or will i? if you read the experiences of other people on trust pilot. It was £130 so not a cheap item. What a bad company. Save your money and nerves and dont order from these charlatans.

Disgusted at this company. I would never ever purchase anything from them again. Paid in full for a necklace. They promised it would be here in 7 to 10 days. It wasn’t. On contacting them they told me it was out of stock and they were waiting for a shipment from abroad and could not give me a delivery date which prompted me to cancel the order. I ordered it in October 2020 and cancelled it in November 2020. It is now 68 days after cancelling and after numerous calls and e mails and promises that my refund was on its way I have still not received anything. I’m a pensioner. I find it totally disgusting and have advised my banks fraud department to investigate the matter. They still have the audacity to send me brochures. I would advise anyone not to do business with them

I bought a neckles for my daughter and I want to return it, too small and the names are not visible. The category is very low and there is no phone where I can’t contact them to return it. This company is a fraud that just wants to make money, it doesn't care what customers think since they bought from it. I need a phone number for them if someone knows can give it to me please, thank you!
