Polite and prompt service very happy with the speedy service

Car was supposed to have full service history which wasn't true . Was supposed to run and drive which it didn't and when I got a new battery for it , it turned out its going to cost me the same as what I bought it for to actually use the car . Needs a new clutch and flywheel and supposed to run and drive ?. I complained and got a paltry £360 back . Either that or they wanted me to pay to have car uplifted and returned . Only interested in keeping their clients happy will never buy anything from them again charlatans

I called BPi today for information with a current auction, that I was interested in a particular lot. Your associate Claire Allen was very helpful to the point of physically going to find her shipping colleague to let me know the cost of shipping of the lot if won to verify the overall cost.

Had trouble logging on phoned BPI they answered straight away , i spoke to a lovely girl call Jo Peterson and she sorted the problem then and there from her side , great customer service

Good aftersales service. Hadnt used this type of auction before, so frustrating that the finish time kept moving!
Very helpful for aftersales care when we were struggling to get hold of the vendor for collection. Would recommend.

Although I haven't bought any assets through Bpi yet I have found them to be extremely helpful, informative and responsive.
Claire has responded to some questions I had about some lots and although she couldn't answer the questions herself she found out the information for me.
It's very refreshing to actually get a response from a company rather than the now common automated replies you get.
I hope to buy through Bpi but just thought I'd show my appreciation for how they have helped so far.

Iv dealt with BPI for a while, excellent company! Recently collected from them off site and dealt with Andy the project manager. Really switched on with my allocations and made time to help me where I needed it!
Easy to use website, excellent staff through out the team from my experience from admin and communication to face to face dealings!

Quick response and satisfying answers from Claire Allen.

I have dealt with Russell and Katharine at BPI for many years and they have always tried to achieve the best price for my machines and keep me in touch with what's going on. I have recommended BPI to many people where they have had machines that I haven't wanted to purchase.

This is my second time buying from bpi and again I have received an item which is not what I bidded on. The first auction incorrect & damaged items arrived and one item went missing before it was even delivered. This was refunded and I thought that because it was coming straight from the seller it was a one off. My most recent lot that I won again I bidded on an under-counter fridge in good condition only to find that a damaged and rusted fridge has arrived. This is not acceptable, when we bid on an item we can only bid on what we see. It is not acceptable to then send an item which is not correct or which is damaged. I am running a food business and bid on items in good condition to put in my business therefore, I do not expect damaged, old & worn items to be delivered. Especially when you are paying delivery charge and then the items are return and you have lost money on delivery.

Email to the shipping department and auction was sent and no reply has been received.
