Tracking number did not work. Was billed two separate shipping costs when then chocolate bar size controller was just put inside the air exchanger box. Just saying

Great experience
I was able to talk to a person on the phone to get advice about the HRV unit that I needed. Shipping was very fast. HRV unit is installed and works very very well. Much better than the unit that was previously in my large house.

The terminal they delivered to was very convenient for us. Delivery was quick and the item packaging was undamaged. Haven't installed the HRV yet, so can not comment on the quality of the item purchased itself.

Showing prices in Euro was a little bit tricky, but since it was cheaper to install it myself that having to get e technician to install it (because I could not get the part anywhere else) I saved some $$
And I logged in from Quebec, may be you site believe that French language is from Europe.

Where were you logged in from when visiting the website?
Our platform should automatically convert to the 'local' currency of your IP address, so if you were located outside of Canada (or VPN via another country), it is possible you were shown non-CAD prices. If you were in Canada and not using a VPN service, please do send us further information via email, as that should not be the case!
We look forward to hearing back from you and investigating why you had to convert currencies from Euros back to CAD!

Does not respond to customer support or pre-sale inquires. Questionable what type of post-sale support I can expect. Only went with them because they were marginally lower then competitors. Hoping I do not regret.
