Great experience

I have made than one order on the website, chose to receive the items within 2-3 BD, it has been 5 and now I am leaving back without anything arriving. The worst part is emails get responded to SUPER SLOWLY, with false promises that the order is in the final stage and should be delivered immediately, and then lying by saying there was a disclaimer on the website that orders will take longer due to warehouse upgrade - which is a complete lie!
Now I am stuck without my orders, honest feedback and no option to cancel and receive my money.

I got hustled basically

Made 2 orders in which i paid extra for express 1-2 days delivery. Over a week later both times I've had to email to chase the order, to be told it's getting prepared and the 1-2 days delivery I paid extra for is from when it leaves them. So they can hold the order for weeks then send it. Never heard that before. When first item arrived it was extra small not extra large that I ordered and the quality was awful. Still awaiting the 2nd order. It will be the last order unfortunately.

I have made an order on 3rd of April and it still hasn’t been sent. They’ve sent me a few emails with warning that due to warehouse upgrade, my order will get delayed, so I waited patiently. On 15th they’ve emailed me that they will send it in 3 days. On 22nd I emailed them to ask when they were going to send it. They gave me a link to track the package. The package has been in shipping information received state since that time. Their support is not responding.

Update:
With help from the Boxraw support team we have managed to find the package. It was rather painful and it took a long time ( package was first lost completely, then it turned out it had two different delivery labels and items about to get sent to another country ). I have received it 2 months after ordering it, but nothing was missing and items were all nice.

Leute, bestellt bloß nichts! Meine Rücksendung (20 €) wurde abgelehnt und ging zurück. Dafür musste ich nochmal 10 € bezahlen. Der Kaufpreis betrug 200 €, plus diese 30 €. Lasst bloß die Finger davon!

Customer service providing generic responses about warehouse disruptions and blatantly lying about shipping soon or shipping in 3 days without fulfilling.

I’ve been really impressed with my experience with BOXRAW. The gear itself speaks for itself—quality is top tier, fits well, and you can tell it’s made with real fighters in mind.

I did run into an issue initially where one of the items in my order developed a defect after a short period of use. That said, what stood out to me was how their team handled it. They were responsive, professional, and fair in resolving the situation, which made a big difference.

I also had a small mix-up with a reward code on my end, and again, their support stepped in and fixed it quickly without any hassle.

It’s rare to find a brand that delivers both great products and strong customer service, but BOXRAW does both. Definitely a brand I’ll keep supporting.

Impellos are solid shoes—they fit really well. I have a wide foot and was afraid they'd be too narrow but they fit like a glove. Very light and love the design/neon details.

I have been to boxing for many years and yet I have not seen a brand like boxraw make it simple but significant love the passionate !!

I ordered a pair of workout pants with banded ankles. The material is amazing. Unfortunately the bands wore out quickly after my first few uses. I reached out to Boxraw and they sent me a new pair at no cost. The customer services process was easy and straightforward. They offered me a few options and I wanted to get them replaced. I truly believe the band was a rare product defec. I've ordered knuckle guards and other clothes from Boxraw before and they were great quality. I'm looking forward to my new pair

Nearly 2 weeks since placing my order and still no update with regards to when it’ll be shipped out. Emails are being responded with by a robot. Poor customer service and no sense of wanting to resolve the issue. First (when it finally arrives) and last time buying from them

Love this brand. Great quality clothes for training and casual wear.

I placed an order 2 weeks ago and it still has not shipped despite the order email stating it would ship in 3-5 days. How is it OK for them to blatantly lie? When I followed up with them they said that they were having warehouse issues and it would ship "in a few days". No thanks I'll be doing a charge back

Ordered the new Impello 2.0 on the 2nd of April it’s been a week and they have still not shipped and they are saying due to there warehouse getting refurbished orders are delayed (PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING ANYTHING I WISH I DID) (update took 2 and half week to come and they come wrong size)
