Box raw is a great choice for boxing gear and clothing. They really help you out if you have and questions or concerns about your gear, they’ve provided me with great help and fast support if you have any concerns.
Overall the quality of clothing and gear is top tier and I would highly recommend!

Had a mishap at the start but great communication with staff helped to right the mistake . Then the sale was terrific love the quality of the clothes, the wrapping was awesome and the best hand wraps I’ve had !

⭐ 1/5 – Very disappointing experience
I placed an order the last 10th of August and, after 14 days, I still have no clear information about where my order is or when it will arrive.
I have contacted customer service several times. I was initially given incorrect tracking information, which BOXRAW later admitted was a mistake. I was then told they were investigating the issue with the courier and would update me, but I am still waiting.
I’m still trying to reach them somehow, but unfortunately the only way to contact customer service seems to be by email, and they’re not even getting back to me. There’s no phone number to call either.
So how am I supposed to get proper customer service and actually resolve this issue? If nobody gets back to me, I’ll have no other option but to contact my bank and try to recover the payment through them.
UPDATE:Hi Krissy, thank you for responding.
My order number is #US2228913.
Please look into this and let me know what is happening with my order.

You’re absolutely right to be frustrated. You contacted us multiple times looking for a clear update, and after initially receiving incorrect tracking information from us, you were told that we were investigating the issue with the courier and would follow up. We should have made sure that follow-up happened rather than leaving you waiting for an answer.
While delivery delays or courier issues are usually outside of our control, keeping you informed throughout the process is not. In this case, we fell short of that, and I sincerely apologize.
I’d like to personally look into your order and make sure you receive a clear update rather than having to continue chasing us for one. If you’re able to provide your order number, I’ll be happy to review this further and make sure it gets the attention it deserves.
