I really love BOXRAW products - but their delivery and support are pushing me away
I have about 20 items from this brand, purchased offline and online. I order them often, including as gifts for friends. The product quality is genuinely great - that's why I keep coming back, even though their delivery and customer support teams make me want to never order again.
The pattern over the last two months:
I made 4 orders. 3 of them arrived missing items.
One big order during their summer sale: the website promised 3-5 business days delivery. In reality, it took more than a month - and arrived missing 2 out of 5 items.
My most recent order was a gift for a fellow boxer. I paid €50 for expedited delivery. It arrived missing 2 out of 4 items. Their support team has been ghosting me for 2 days now - no response at all.
The support experience:
You can never get quick help from them. Email is the only way to contact them, and they take their time - 1 to 3 days to respond, if they respond at all. Who in 2026 has lazy email-only support with no live chat, no phone line? It feels almost too basic for a brand this size.
They clearly give zero attention to how badly this makes customers feel - but they never miss a chance to send another "hand-picked for you" promo email. It's ridiculous to be ignored while waiting on a support ticket, only to get flooded with marketing.
Bottom line:
This is the first review I've ever written in my life. I'm genuinely pissed off. But I'm also a real fan of the brand, and I'll keep buying from them - I just wish someone who actually cares about the brand would fix these delivery and support issues.

A big no for german customers
Return Policy says that a refund needs up to 10 days.
Its over 3 weeks and I didnt get one penny back yet.
After speaking with the customer service, they told me that they would help, but it seems that they dont really understand their own system. One jacket was in a seperate shipmment (why is even that?!) and it was never send to me.
I wouldnt recommend ordering to germany!

SCAMMERS.
I ordered two pairs of shorts, one T-shirt, and one hoodie from BOXRAW.
After three weeks without receiving anything, I contacted them by email. I was then told that my package was still with the courier. I contacted BOXRAW again to explain that the package was not there.
I received a reply saying that my package was on its way and that something had gone wrong with my order. A few days later, I suddenly received a message saying that my package had been successfully delivered by OX and thanking me for shopping with BOXRAW.
The problem is: I never received the package.
I contacted BOXRAW again, and now it has been four days without any response.
I find this completely unacceptable. It is honestly surprising that such a large brand can handle a customer’s order this way and leave them without their money or their products.
Do yourself a favor and think twice before ordering from BOXRAW.

Shocking customer support and services. Do not bothering buying from them.
Despite being informed by email that a replacement had been delivered of my XL hoodie there is no evidence whatsoever of this on my Ring doorbell footage no delivery was made. I have sent multiple emails trying to resolve this matter, yet I have received no meaningful assistance. Instead, I have only been met with automated responses, with no opportunity to speak to a human member of the customer service team. This has wasted a significant amount of my time and has caused unnecessary frustration. I still waiting on a refund for a T-shirt and over £50 out of pocket.

I’ve made a total of 3 orders from Bulgaria. There were quite a fee complications and over 1 week delays on 2 out of the 3. Their customer support isn’t too helpful. I did, however received everything I ordered at the end and I need to be honest - the sheer quality of the products more than makes up for the hassle with receiving the packages. The quality is better than the big brands in the industry. I personally place them above Nike, Adidas, Under Armour etc. Very pleased! Wonderful materials and quality craftsmanship!
