The items are lovely and so well made. Only reason I gave 3 stars is due to customer service. After placing my order, I never received a confirmation email nor a shipment email. I also submitted a request through the website to be contacted in regards to my order and I never received a response.

I regularly buy from this site and will probably continue to do so. The quality of the unique pieces is outstanding. The prices are very reasonable, especially if you catch a flash sale. Customer service is excellent. I highly recommend you try it.
