Great quality very thick leather boots, the size comes up very large, so I had to return them for a size smaller than I normally take, the returns process was brilliant and the replacements were sent on the same day they received the return. Excellent product and service

Prompt delivery, I needed to exchange for a bigger size and changed the colour of the jacket. No issues and again prompt delivery.
The only negative is sizing is on the small side.
Would definitely buy from here again.

I found, that asking about my measuremtent was very nice of you and even recommending sizes that would fit better. The package was also good, meaning there was no damage what so ever.

I ordered a coat based on my chest size and it was far too long in the arms .They accepted an exchange for one two sizes smaller which doesn't fasten at the front as I've got a bit of a belly but still looks great and is really solidly made .The pockets are particularly solid .which is good.
I'd recommend this company to anyone. The only improvement I'd suggest is a more thorough size guide incorporating waist and arm lengths.

I recently placed an order, but a few days after confirmstion I heard nothing further, so chased delivery. A prompt response was received, the slight delay was due to awaiting new stock as not 100% happy with quality of existing stock. I was asked if I wanted to wait and offered a discount, and told that my order would be despatched on the day the new stock arrived. I accepted the offer and my order was despatched via DHL Express. DHL failed to deliver within time window, and issued incorrect information.
So, excellent customer service from Boutique, did what they said they would do, only to be let down by DHL Express.

I was impressed by the quality and affordability of this beautiful leather bolero jacket. It arrived so quickly from the UK to NZ after I placed my order. Sadly it was a little too tight across the shoulders hence I have returned. They were extremely helpful with this query and hopefully I can get an exchange.

The Jacket I ordered wa exactly like I saw it on the picture . It was also the high quality that I was expected. The customer servive is quick, polite and efficiant.
