Very helpful staff, I was concerned about spending that amount of money on line, after a couple of emails (which were answered really quickly) I ordered a sheepskin flying jacket,it arrived the very next day. The jacket oozes craftsmanship. I would definitely order from Boutique England in the future, absolutely 5 star, well done, no false advertising 👏 👍

Best customer service i had in YEARS on any website. Super fast and understanding.
My only minor complain would be the inside pocket that could be sued (attached) a lil bit more to the fabric to last longer. Otherwise great quality specially for the price! would recommand 10/10

The products sold by Boutique England are exceptional, especially for the price point. The leather is supple, the shearling is soft and thick. I had some questions about sizing and the customer service was very helpful in pointing me towards the correct choice. My coat is gorgeous and I am actually looking forward to cold weather for once in my life.

Boutique England done really well in the Choosing, delivering, quality of product on time. I would definitely recommend anyone to this company.

The shipping fee did not include the import tax. I was hit with an import tax that was more than the shipping cost. And it was half the price of the item. So something that cost me $60 ended up costing me over $110.
I would have liked to know of the total cost before hand. It felt very shady.

Product was excellent, genuine, only thing I didn't like,had to pay DHL,to deliver packages.

My experience was good, On time delivery it got to me within 2 weeks. I purchased 3 jackets all of them were of good quality, my expectations were definitely met. Price was definitely fair. The only thing I have a question about is the extra fee DHL added on b4 they made my delivery. I think it said something about a import tax.

Gorgeous Carrie Hoxton suede jacket but the size 10 was just too small to fasten, although the sleeve length was perfect for me.
I called Customer Service and explained that I wasn't sure which way to go and whether the size 12 sleeves would be just too long for me.
The lovely gentleman that I spoke with duly, very kindly emailed me a photograph of the same jacket in a size 12 with a tape measure indicating the sleeve length :))
I can't honestly remember a time when I have had a company go to the trouble of doing something like this for me :)
The original jacket is on its way back to Boutique England & I'm looking forward to receiving its replacement :) Thank you so much :)

I ordered a leather jacket all the way from Australia on Friday. The team communicated on Whatsapp to assist me with sizing and it arrived today (Monday !)

I bought the MATRIX COAT and I am very pleased. I had questions about sizing and Boutique England was quick to respond and helpful. I initially thought a large was the correct size, but I was advised, based on my measurements to get the medium. When the coat arrived and I out it on, it looked tailor made for me. Chest, shoulders, sleeve lengths were PERFECT! The leather is smooth, soft and supple. The length is also perfect! It is rare that you find items that are perfectly priced, top quality, and just look great! I am currently requesting a custom order. I was torn between two coats and I have to get this other one now. BE just gained a new patron.

Happy with item once it arrived, excellent condition and as advertised. would have preferred to be informed that delivery would be late due to lack of stock but received discount refund to make up for it and communication afterwards was prompt and item then arrived on time. would use again.
