Returned back useless item and cannot get back my money! No reply nothing....

Order product on 7 March 2018. Still not received. Have made 3 attempts in contacting helpdesk. Not helpful. Have not followed up ordered. Not acceptable.

When will I learn to read reviews before I order? I haven't received my order from this company and they aren't answering my emails, 3 months now and nothing, how do they get away with it?

Boulevard92 is apparently a fraudulent online store. I paid for an auto polishing / rebuffing machine since July 13, 2018. They cannot be located online anymore. Their online portal is no longer accessible. No single word from Boulevard92. This is terrible.

Horrible experience. Order never received . I've learnt the lesson .
First time in my life that I was cheated in a such easy and stupid way . I didn't think this could be possible , I mean not so easily. Is it possible that we cannot stop them? Please don't shop through them .

No item arrived - paid in February. No response from service dept. No way of getting money back.

Took Money in March. It is now Aug. item has never arrived.

Customer Service has said 3 times they are initating a re-shipment. Still nothing. I requested a refund, and now they won't even answer my emails.

Scam. They have send me a wrong, much cheaper, item and refuse to send me the correct one or return my money. Don’t buy!!

It took two months to receive a different item from the one I ordered. I, too sent emails and was asked to be patient. I will never do business with this company again.

I never received my order and the customer care is completely hopeless. This is the worst on line business I have ever dealt with. Do not buy their products

Ordered a slim card wallet 3 months ago, been dealing with Harvy that replies with “we will follow up” everytime. Refused a refund and no parcel received.

Absolute waste of money!

I wish there was a way to leave negative stars. This company is a total BS SCAM. I ordered a mascara from them 2 months ago. Have not received it. Have been emailing back and forth with "Harvey" who keeps saying please be patient. Well I'm done being patient. Asked for a refund and now they say that I can not get a refund because the item was shipped. When I get it I can ask for a refund. I'm sure this product will never arrive. I will dispute this charge on my credit card. Urging you to not shop and /or buy anything from whoever these people are They are Scam artists and they suck.

200 USD lost - lesson learnt - SCAM. DO NOT TRY TO SHOP FROM HERE
