Appalling service. No item received. Supposed replacement not recieved either Three requests for refunds result in nothing. Disgraceful company, to be avoided. I should have noted the one star reviews here and on Amazon.

Total rip off company, stealing customers money and robbing the tax and Vat man at the same time, scam company that will rob you all, go bankrupt and start up again and do it all over again, karma will get you greedy directors and hope it causes you as much pain as you've inflicted on your customers, scum bags

I would give them a 0 if I could. Never received my order but received reply's back from them telling me there was a back log of orders and i would receive it. Yeah, nothing.

Ordered 2 pastry rolling pins - junk and they charged 24.99 for each. Now their website is closed down and can't request a refund. Facebook was the advertiser.

Ordered something from them July 2018. Payment left my account. We're now in January 2019 and nothing has ever arrived.
.NEVER ORDER FROM THEM, SCUMBAGS

I ordered an item on 17th of July 2018, payment came out of Bank 18th of July 2018 and to date which is November 22nd have not received anything. Sent them two emails and have never got an answer. WILL NEVER NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN AS I BELIEVE IT IS A SCAM ALSO. THEY TAKE YOUR MONIES AND RUN AND NEVER DELIVER!!

I ordered my son's wallet in May 2018 and it's now November, it's paid for and haven't received the wallet. I'm beginning to think that this is a scam company. I never got anything from Boulevard92 although it's showing that the money had been taken out of my credit card.

Made the order from boulevard92 on September 19th. Never got it. Even so i send several of e. mails. Very pure service.

Do not try to buy anything from Boulevard 92. I ordered a do grooming item back in Februaruy 16, 2018.. After not receiving the product by April I contacted them and was advised by Michael that there had been issue that the item was not up to par and a new batch was ordered so to allow for another 4 to 6 weks for delivery. This was after my email of April 4th asking for a refud of $39.28 CAD as I felt I had waited long enough. So I decided to wait for the product but wrote again May6/18. I have been emailing over and over since June requesting the courtesy of a reply but nothing. The have my money but I have not received the dog grooming item I ordered.

Still waiting for my product to arrive since March 2018. Have contacted them on numerous occasions. Even went to Better Business Bureau to lodge an investigation. They didnt get back to them either. Result money has been lost. No product. Bad customer service. Never buy from them. Scammers.

I have ordered a pan on the 6th June 2018. On the 29th August 2018 I send them an email informing them that I haven't received the two items I ordered and they replied by saying in 48hrs they will response. And here today 26 September 2018 I haven't heard anything from them. It's unacceptable !! No item no money back !!

I placed an order from this (so called) co. back in March. I wrote to them in April letting them know I had not yet received it and they sent me a coupon for a sale & a "Thank You for ordering from us" response . As I was cleaning out some stuff on my computer I came across my paypal receipt and it suddenly struck me that I had not ever received the grooming tool that I had ordered. I have written an email, but after reading these reviews I assume I'm just S--- out of luck.

DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Ordered my product in May contacted them said they would investigate what happened and never heard back from them now refusing to answer my emails. Also their so called mascara is crap.

I ordered a Peeler and they sent me the wrong one. I have emailed 4 times to get the correct one and still waiting for a response. Terrible service and give me my money back!

Hice mi pedido el 13 de julio y no he recibido nada, creo que me timaron, cuando doy en el botón para seguimiento del pedido me envía a una pagina fuera de funcionamiento. Muy mala experiencia para compra en linea. Escribo para que sirva como referencia y no se dejen engañar.
