Poor customer experience
Poor customer experience. Initially ordered 3 rings and they only sent 2. Sizing is really off, went with their recommendation and were really tight fit, asked to exchange but you have to do this through online chat. Got them exchanged and still too tight. Tried to exchange again and just got ignored on online chat. So I’ve got three useless rings and a load of wasted time

I bought 3 botthms rings, one being a present for my husband’s birthday. I received two of the 3 rings, missing the one for my husband. I got in touch with Botthms of which the customer rep promised me my shipping would be refunded (as I paid for next day delivery) and that he would issue a new ring out and I’d have it within a day to gift my husband. Two days later, I got back in touch as no refund was issued and no word on the ring. The customer rep then gave me a ton of attitude and made it out like it was my issue. They then went on to say it’s an issue with supply as it’s out of order and I will be refunded the cost of the shipping and ring. I waited. I got an email saying I was refunded the cost of the shipping. I got in touch yet again and asked for my costs to be refunded promptly and that I was rightly frustrated with the level of service. Of course, Botthms who proudly state they get back to customers within minutes on their chat, decided to completely ignore me. It’s been 5 days since with no word on the chat. Then I get an email saying the refund they issued had issues with their finance department and couldn’t go through so they cancelled it and will need to reissue. I am appalled at the level of customer service and how a business can be run like that. I’d never recommend them nor ever buy from them again.

I would highly recommend buying a massage gun from Botthms, I had no issues whatsoever when ordering or receiving my massage gun and the service is brilliant. Will be buying from Botthms soon again.
Amazing Products and Quality
I have been using my botthms massage gun and wearing my silicone rings for months now. And they are truly amazing. I am very active and the silicone ring has not left my hand since I started wearing it. Its so comfortable.

I've been wearing the Botthms silicone…
I've been wearing the Botthms silicone ring for months now and it's been a game-changer! It's so comfortable and lightweight that I forget I even have it on. It's also incredibly durable and has held up through all of my workouts and daily activities. I highly recommend this ring to anyone who wants a safe and stylish alternative to traditional metal wedding bands.
Poor quality finish
Ring arrived quickly, but the finish was poor, the edging of the ring on both sides is uneven and just looks poor quality. Have messaged customer service with images but yet to receive a response 3 days later.
Just to add to this, a few days after posting this I received an automated email asking for a review to go directly on the sale page, so I gave the same review as above, 3 days later that review is nowhere to be seen on the page, despite being able to see and edit it on the judge.me page. Seems to me like they've got a policy not to show bad reviews
Poor customer service
Order was received but unfortunately didn't fit so returned it (have since received band's that are okay). I received acknowledgement of the return on January 5th, a payment was taken after this, and as of 23rd January I am still waiting for the return to be credited to my Klarna account as they have informed me it hasn't been confirmed with them by botthms. Nobody responds to emails but I eventually managed to get hold of somebody on the live chat who told me they had only cleared Klarna payments this morning and assured me it would be processed today. This hasn't happened and upon asking for confirmation I've been told that it has been noted and to give time for my request to be processed. I've waited 18 days so far, which I do think is enough time. I'm just a little disappointed with how difficult it has been to sort this out.
Used to be good, now poor.
Both my wife and I have used Botthms a couple of times all without issue, but this last order has been hopeless. Why? Having had previous orders delivered by Royal Mail, Botthms are now using Evri...
I placed my order on 25th November with an estimated delivery of 27th. For the best part of a week, the package has been processed at a hub, then at a local depot, then rinse and repeat. Botthms emailed yesterday, 1st December that it was due for delivery on the 1st. It wasn't. Evri changed the details again and it was actually delivered today (2nd December).
I'm still waiting for Botthms to respond to my email from 30th November for an update...
Two morals from this, don't buy from companies that entrust their reputation with incompetent third parties (Evri) and don't deal with companies that can't be bothered to sort problems.
UPDATE
So, after TEN MONTHS Botthms have responded to my review, in so much that if I can't provide an order number within 3 days THEY'LL REMOVE THE REVIEW!
Well luckily I have still got the email trail.
So zero response for nearly a year then they want to make any negativity disappear...

My order didn't arrive after two weeks, contacted Botthms for an update, no explanation given, just refund my money? Emailed them ask for an explanation, no response. Very poor customer service. Bought similar items at The Rugby Shop without any fuss.
Better than I could expect...
Ordered a couple of silicone rings after what was nearly a nasty de-gloving incident with my wedding rings.
Quick and easy to order online and dispatch notification came through quickly. Delivered right on time.
So far, as expected. The true test of a company isn't doing what is expected though - it is how they deal with the unexpected.
In this case the design on the ring started to rub off after less than 24 hours wear.
I sent them images of the worn ring and asked if they would be able to exchange it. "No problem," they said "only it is discontinued. Please choose another from the range and we'll send it out."
Even though I was prepared to pay the extra for a more expensive ring, they just did it as a straight swap with nothing to pay and told me to not worry about returning the faulty ring - to keep or dispose of as I see fit.
All in all a very quick and easy experience. Very reassuring that they dealt with the problem rapidly and generously - I'll be using Botthms again.
Untrustworthy
Received a box of resistance bands with one missing. I asked for it to be posted to me. Twice I have been told that they have been posted. Twice they have not been sent. They seem to just be lying at every opportunity. I don’t even trust them to process the refund if I return the bands, which will be my next step as I want nothing to do with supporting such a company.

I have just received a new band to replace the snapped one.
As a result I have increased my original rating to 4 * and not to 5 as I never received any replies to my previous emails and it appeared a new band was not going to be sent.
