The world needs more Darren’s it would be a better place . Especially customer services, only reason for leaving boshhh is I’ve got myself a contract otherwise I’d have not left , more gutted to be leaving my boshhh bestie . Recommend a million times over . SCAM! CONTRACT BREACHES! AVOID!
BREACHED CONTRACT!!
I've signed for them with the positive idea of having 2 or 12 months FREE!! On the first month everything was fine, but after they cut all my services without explanation and without NOTICE??? HOW'S THAT NORMAL? I HAD TO MAKE CALL TO NHS 111 OVERNIGHT AND I COULDN'T?? WHAT A JOKE? THEY PUT ME BACK ON ON MONDAY, SAYING ITS THEIR MISTAKE AND THEN AFTER 1 DAY THEY CUT ALL SERVICES, AGAIN SAYING OVER BLOODY EMAIL THAT I HAVE 1 FREE MONTH ONLY?? ALSO THERES NO PAYMENT METHOD OPTION ON THE APP SO HOW THEY EVEN TAKE MONE PAYMENTS? WHAT THE F???

Avoid This Company at All Costs
I joined this company because they claimed they could help improve my credit rating. Instead, I ended up joining a reputable company.
From the start, I began receiving phone calls meant for other people, including personal messages from HMRC and private texts. Clearly, my number had been recycled without proper checks. Despite multiple calls to their customer service (Bosch), nothing was done. I continued receiving messages and calls meant for strangers.
Their only solution? Offering me free trial extensions instead of actually fixing the issue. They kept saying, “We’ll give you another month free”, but never addressed the actual problem. Eventually, I had enough and decided to leave in January, well before the supposed free trial ended in February. I requested assistance in closing my account and getting my PAC code, but I was completely ignored—no replies to my emails, no messages through their app, nothing.
After moving to another provider, I thought I was done. But now, out of nowhere, I’ve started receiving aggressive calls from their credit agents, claiming I owe them money! They’ve attempted to take £47 from my account twice, despite the fact that (1) I left within the free trial period, (2) their service was utterly broken, and (3) the amount they’re demanding is far higher than what was ever agreed.
Their customer service is haphazard, their system is a mess, and their business practices are shady. If you’re thinking about joining them, DON’T. Save yourself the stress and go with a company that actually delivers what they promise.
